The apartment Casa Beach is a superb new three room fully equipped, spacious and comfortable 85m2 located feet in the water on the third floor in a new residence (with elevator) of high standing in Trois Ilets.

The beach of Anse Mitan is 20m.

From the furnished terrace, you can enjoy at table or from the chairs a sea view and the Bay of Fort-de-France exceptional.
The very well equipped kitchen with its bar opens onto the large living room and terrace while enjoying the view.

This crossing apartment is naturally ventilated for the pleasure of travelers.

Travelers will enjoy the indoor lounge with a dining table for 4 people + a TV area with cable channels + Internet WIFI.

The beaches, the shops, the restaurants and the marina of the tourist area of Pointe du Bout and Anse Mitan are from 20m. From the pontoon of Anse Mitan, there is a regular sea link to Fort-de-France.

From its central position, excursions in the North or South of Martinique are facilitated. A tree climbing course, a riding club and tennis courts are just a few km away, as well as golf course. Access to the beautiful beaches of the Diamond and Anses d'Arlet is fast and direct.
