2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bathrooms (sunken tubs), 2 balconies overlooking ocean and beach, full kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave and range (all new), Living room, dining area, washer/dryer in unit (new). Enjoy morning coffee while the sun rises above the ocean horizon or swim in one of approximately a dozen indoor or outdoor pools or Jacuzzi. Have an early breakfast or later dinner in one of the onsite restaurants or just a sunset cocktail at the outdoor bar. Work out in the gym or browse the gift shop. Free covered garage parking and every other imaginable resort amenity.
Our condominium apartments come complete with fresh linens, bedding, bath towels, washcloths, soaps, etc. to get you started on your vacation faster. This is a no smoking resort. Subject to fine. Primary guest contact person must be minimum 25 years of age to make reservation. Small well behaved pets considered under special circumstances off season only under 15 pounds. 4 days in heaven!!

We stayed 4 days during Thanksgiving! It was a wonderful trip. The condo is bigger in person. The 2 large, private bedrooms gave plenty of space for 4 adults. Mitch has stocked the kitchen with everything you need.

Great Vacation 7-27-2024

We just Stayed at the condo few weeks ago. We absolutely loved the condo everything went smooth from check in to check out.. Baywatch is what it is a huge condo complex with lots of people and pools.. The condo beds were comfy as well as the furniture in the family room. The kitchen was full of everything just maybe needed some more dish-ware. The smart tvs were a huge bonus for the kids as well as the jacuzzi tub. We will be staying here in the future

Best Ocean Front Condo On The Beach!

This property is so clean. It smells clean when you walk thru the door. Mitch communicates all details efficiently and and quickly. The kitchen has clean pots and pans. Great area to walk if you are on the strip or the beach. Most of all the beds are comfortable. I look forward to my next trip staying on this exceptional property.

Girls' week at the beach

The property was lovely. It was great to have the beach toys available. Wish there had been a mirror over the dresser in the second bedroom but everything else was great. Re the coffee maker- many thanks to the property manager, Jennifer,, for supplying a drip pot for us.

Loved everything in Myrtle Beach

We had a great experience renting the condo from Mitch. Everything was there that we needed to cook our own food and basically feel right at home. The weather didn’t always cooperate when we were there but there was so much to see and do it didn’t matter. I would recommend staying there Again. The communication with Mitch Was great. All of my questions were answered and any concerns I might’ve had. We loved everything in Myrtle Beach and the condo on the beach was just the icing on the cake.

Excellent stay

My family and I stayed in SC for a softball tournament/ family vacation. The condo was beautiful, and the view from the balcony was amazing. The resort was perfect for our needs. The restaurants were great, the pools were everywhere and our condo had everything we needed. We had such a great time, it was hard to say goodbye after 9 days of fun in the sun. We would definitely stay here again and we would try our best to rent the same condo if we can. Trust me, this condo is worth every penny!!

Great property and outstanding communication

This property was an oceanfront corner unit with new updates. Very clean and had everything you could need. Owner was extremely responsive to any questions and very helpful with suggestions. Both bedrooms had two queen beds each. One of the bedrooms had en suite bathroom and other had hall bathroom. It was a lovely unit and the owner made everything wonderful!! Would highly recommend!
