We offer for rent our villa located in Sommières for the period from Tuesday 06 to Tuesday, August 20, ... with the possibility of extending until Saturday, August 24.

It is spacious, fully equipped, with 1 large pool and located in a quiet area.
The location is ideal because we are halfway between Montpellier, Nimes and beaches (25 km or 30 minutes).

The house has a living area of 170 m2 and the garden is 620 m2.
The house has 5 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 9 people.
• Ground floor (ideally 2 rooms for parents):
- 1 of 12 m2 with a 160 cm bed,
- 1 of 12 m2 with a sofa BZ 140 cm (possibility to put 1 cot),

• R + 1 (ideally 3 rooms for children):
- 1 of 16 m2 with 1 sofa bed of 140 cm,
- 1 of 15 m2 with 2 beds of 90 cm,
- 1 of 11 m2 with 1 bed of 90 cm at half height.

It has 2 bathrooms:
• Ground floor: Double sink and 1 bath,
• R + 1: 1 single basin and 1 large shower.

The historic center and a commercial area (Intermarché / Lidl, bakeries, butchers, restaurants, cafes, etc ...) are located less than 10 minutes walk.

We are located just 10 minutes from the A9 motorway (exit Lunel).
Ideally located 30 minutes from the sea (La Grande Motte / Le Grau du Roi), our house is close to many points of tourist interest.

We have 4 adorable laying hens that live in a henhouse at the bottom of the garden.
Every day, you will be able to recover 4 fresh eggs.
We will just ask you to feed them from time to time.
They are not used to dogs, so we prefer not to accept them.
It is a non-smoking house but there is possibility to smoke outside.

The price is 200 € / night either:
• From 06 to 20 August: 14 nights at 2800 €
• From 06 to 24 August: 18 nights at 3600 €

Cleaning must be done at the exit or 200 € cleaning fee will be claimed.
