"Coastal Dreaming" Beachfront w/ Private Pool - Perfect Family Getaway!
"Coastal Dreaming" by Holiday Beach Rentals is a luxury beachfront vacation home. It has 9 bedrooms, 10 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms and features amenities such as an outdoor private pool, indoor recreational/game room and stunning beachfront views on every level!
As you walk through the front door you`ll see the first two bedrooms featuring king beds, each with their own private bathrooms. If you continue down the main hallway (towards the beach side of the home), you will enter the recreational room which includes a kitchenette, pool table and large seating area with flat screen TV. This area also leads out to the private outdoor pool deck offering amazing views of the Emerald Coast, take a dip and relax in the pool while your dinner cooks on the grill. Also located on the first floor is a washer and dryer set.
Step on up to the second floor to the main open concept living room/dining room/fully equipped kitchen. The views from this area are absolutely stunning and with a walkout balcony to access the fresh salt air at any time, you won`t miss a thing. Also located on this floor are two additional bedrooms featuring king beds with their own private bathrooms.
As soon as you come off the stairway on the third floor you will see the entertainment room with comfortable seating and second kitchenette area (all in one)! Also located on this floor are three additional bedrooms two beachfront king master suites and one bunk room featuring two twin bunk beds (sleeps 4). The king rooms have their own private en-suite bathrooms and the twin bunk room has a separate full bathroom right across from the room. This floor also has the second washer and dryer set.
The last stop on the tour is the fourth floor which features a large beachfront master king suite with walkout balcony and private bathroom. On the street side of the house is a large loft-style bedroom which has four queen-size beds (sleeps 8).
A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:
There is an indoor elevator equipped in this home to help quickly and conveniently navigate between floors. This is very helpful for anyone that may have a difficult time with making the track up each flight of stairs.
Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.
You have direct access to the beach with a private boardwalk!
*If you are interested in making any of our luxury homes part of your event planning, please know that there is an additional fee associated. Give us a call for details!
*Please note due to Florida State Law, this home is equipped with a pool alarm.
*Coastal Dreaming requires a 7-night minimum stay for all reservations during the check-in/checkout schedule below:

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. A credit card is required to be put on file. Some other important items to remember:
No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.
Age Requirements: The primary guest must be 25 or older and must occupy the property for the entire stay, including overnight and whenever guests under 25 are present. For every three guests aged 24 or younger, at least one parent or guardian (25+) must be present and staying at the property. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund. Management reserves the right to inspect the property at any time.
Listings / Pricing:
All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.
Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.
