Sea Salt on the Rocks is Perfect for Large Groups & Families. This Unique setup is 4 Separate Two-Bedroom Units all in one Private Property! Your group alone will enjoy the entire property with multiple kitchens, while also being able to enjoy some time apart from the rest of the group when needed! Spend your mornings on the large deck watching the waves crash over the white sand while enjoying your coffee. Enjoy the private beachfront pool perfect to cool off after a long relaxing day at the beach. This house has a lot to offer with newly updated living spaces and a panoramic view of the emerald waters. This is definitely a place you will want to come back year after year.

Home is approximately 4100 square feet with almost every room having a wonderful view of the Emerald water.

With over 3000 sq. feet of outside decking (with much of it protected from Sun/Rain), Sea Salt on the Rocks is perfect for enjoying the sound of the waves or cooling off in the Pool! Excellent property for large groups!

Home also boasts plenty of parking for boats, motorcycles, or RV's. Come make memories and enjoy this wonderful home with your family.

Home is located on Surf Drive (West end of Thomas Drive area). Walk across the street to Captain Jack's Crab Leg Buffet or drive just 3 minutes to Schooner's, Montego Bay, Scampi's, and many other restaurants. Home is also just a short 5 minute drive to St. Andrews Bay and the world famous Captain Anderson's Restaurant, The Grand Marlin and much more. House is absolutely beautiful.

Great spot, we really enjoyed our time there. Right on the beach, pool is awesome. Plenty of space for everyone. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Host was very responsive.

Perfect layout for a Spring Break trip with a large group of high school seniors. Great location, gorgeous views from each living room & balcony. Pool and under house and pool area were perfect since it was a bit cold and windy...still outside but had some shelter. Definitely recommend for a large group.

We loved the house but feel like we were ripped off a little. The whole idea of staying on the beach is to have direct access to the beach. But that wasn’t our case. 2 of the doors leading to the deck facing the beach had signs on them that said “please do not use this door” and a third deck door couldn’t be used because the door knob would fall off in your hand. So anytime we wanted to sit on the deck we had to exit through the front door, walk down multiple flights of stairs, walk the entire length of the house and then walk up multiple flights of stairs again. 3 of the 4 families had to do this constantly many, many times each day. I’m absolutely positive that it’s a fire hazard as well to not be able to use one of two exits in each apartment. Please get this hazard fixed immediately!The floors are also not being mopped between each tenant rental. Our crawling baby had black knees, hands and the tops of her feet every time we put her one the bare floors to crawl. It’s disgusting to think of us walking bare foot and our baby crawling on someone else’s dirty floors.It’s a beautiful rental and very tastefully decorated but the dirty floors and unusable deck doors just sort of left a bad taste in our mouths. Each family wholeheartedly agreed that we should have been told in advance about the doors and been given the option to legally break the contract and get our money back if that’s what we chose to do.
