Description: Located in the beautiful development of Echota on the Ridge, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom downstairs (stair access only) condo is perfect for your next vacation. This condo is fully furnished with everything you would need for a long retreat or a short weekend getaway. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals and the living room is inviting with a gas log fireplace and amazing mountain views. Curl up, get cozy and read a book, watch TV or take a nap…. the choice is yours! Guests of this unit have access to the deck from the living room or primary bedroom where they can breathe in fresh mountain air while gazing at the mountains and listening to the sounds of nature. Enjoy a short mountain getaway to relax or an extended stay and explore all the High Country has to offer. 

Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.

Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University.  If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

Perfect trip

Stayed at this location with two adult couples the space was perfect we really enjoyed the gorgeous view of the mountains on the porch and the fireplace was great in the winter. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of supplies to cook! We were able to control the thermostat and was only a short drive to the ski resorts 10/10 would recommend

We enjoyed our stay in this very clean and well-maintained condo. Great view of the mountains. Comfortable bed. Just be aware that the condo is below the parking lot level and there are steps to the entrance.

Wonderful condo - stunning views!

This beautiful condo was exactly as pictured and made for a perfect weekend getaway! Echota on the Ridge is a gorgeous property, very close to Boone & Blowing Rock but feels miles away from everything when you’re watching the sunrise over the mountains on the balcony. Highly recommend!
