Description: Located in the beautiful development of Echota, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom downstairs condo (stair access only) is perfect for your next vacation. This condo is fully furnished with everything you would need for a long retreat or a short weekend getaway. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals and the living room is inviting with a gas log fireplace. Curl up, get cozy and read a book, watch TV or take a nap…. the choice is yours! Guests of this unit have access to the deck from the living room or primary bedroom where they can breathe in fresh mountain air while gazing at the mountains and listening to the sounds of nature. Enjoy a short mountain getaway to relax or an extended stay and explore all the High Country has to offer.

Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.
Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University. If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

The property was located in a great location. It was clean and had up to date amenities. We did not use the pool area per cold weather (may want to add this option); however, it looked clean. I will recommend to friends & other family members. Our trip was centered around skiing.

Cozy condo

We stayed in this condo for a girls weekend. Everything was clean comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We especially enjoyed the deck. The beds are extremely comfortable. We didn’t have time to take it vantage of any of the amenities but they also looked really nice.

Beautiful place!

The interior of the condo was exactly as pictured. What the pictures didn’t do a great job of is capturing the incredible view off of the balcony!! Checkin process was easy and the condo was super clean. It was a little tough to locate the turnoff to the resort at night but took no more than a couple of minutes to figure out after we had taken a wrong turn. Would definitely stay here again!

Better than the pics!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo and it was much bigger than it looked in photos. A couple of things to note.. there is a very “involved” upstairs neighbor who we felt was a bit intrusive. Also, remember to bring extra supplies per the owner’s instructions. We had to buy trash bags, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, etc since the condo didn’t have enough for our 3 day stay. They tell you this ahead of time in the instructions though so you can be prepared. Other than that, everything was clean, comfortable, beautiful view and can’t recommend it enough.
