About this property

DECO CAREFUL ALL ON FOOT 2KM FROM THE BEACH

I offer you a beautiful spacious apartment of 65 M2 completely renovated in May 2019. All amenities are present, lakeside with playground for children, super u 300m, pharmacy 100m, downtown and beach at the end of the avenue about 2KM
It is located on the ground floor of a house with 3 homes with courtyard and garden.
We enter a large living room of 27m2 with a glass roof opening onto a first bedroom with bed 140.
A second family room of 22m2 composed of 2 beds of 90 and bench BZ.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, gas stove and oven.
The living room has a sofa, a flat screen, dvd player with dvd, card games.
The bathroom with shower tray extra flat, storage cabinet, is equipped with a first aid kit and a sewing kit.
We try to do the best for the comfort of our tenants.
