Ideally located, between sea and countryside, a few minutes from Royan, in Médis, very beautiful house charentaise, completely renovated able to accommodate 2 to 6 people.
House very nice, comfortable, spacious and bright.
Free WIFI access.
On the ground floor, large living room: living room with stove, dining room and open kitchen; Large entrance with dressing; Separate toilet; Laundry (sink, washer dryer, freezer); Two bedrooms, one with a bed 160, the other with a bed in 140; Bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, small appliances: robot, blender, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker ...)
On the floor, mezzanine and parental room with a bed in 160 and room of water / toilet.

The rental had all needed accessories to make the stay an Outstanding one. A very clean and well maintained house. Karine answered all of our questions to make our vacation one to remember. House is centrally located and convenient to La Rochelle, Bordeaux, Beaches and shopping.

Beautiful House in Médis near Royan

The house is beautifully renovated and completely furnished/equipped. The owner and her father helped us to settle in well and made our stay a pleasure. They even had great recommendations for evenings out in restaurants in Meschers and in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer as well as all local sights. The place is the ideal location to explore the Charente-Maritime and the Gironde. However, there is a busy country road nearby, so it can noisy from time to time.

Schönes klassisches Natursteinhaus

Wir sind als Familie mit drei Kindern gut zurecht gekommen in diesem schönen Haus mit Natursteinwänden. Die Zmmer sind sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Die Bäder sind nicht allzu groß, dennoch ausreichend. Die Kommunikation mit Karine und ihrem Vater klappte sehr gut und sie sind wirklich nett. Wir haben Tipps für Ausflüge bekommen und hätten jederzeit Hilfe bekommen. Die Ausstattung mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern ist hervorragend. Möchte man bei geöffneten Fenstern schlafen, muss man die landwirtschaftlichen Fahrzeuge und auch mal laute Motorradfahrer hinnehmen. Die Straße ist gut befahren.

très belle maison

Maison agencée avec goût. Tout le confort est présent. Elle est très bien placé, loin du bruit tout en étant au centre ville de royan et sur la plage en moins de 15 minutes en vélo. L'hôte est très sympathique et professionnel. Nous y retournerons certainement et encore merci.

Erholsame Woche an der Biskaya

Mein Vater und ich hatten eine wunderschöne und erholsame Woche in Médis. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist beobachten. Die Internetbandbreite ist sehr gut. Wir konnten Live-Fussball und Filme modern und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus war gut beheizt, trotzdem hat es Spass gemacht den Holzofen anzuzünden und ihn bei einem Glas Wein zu problemlos bzw. ruckelfrei streamen. Die Strandpromenade befindet sich wenige Kilometer von Médis entfernt und lädt zu langen und erholsamen Spaziergängen ein. In der Nähe befindet sich ebenfalls ein großer Supermarkt mit einer riesigen Auswahl an französischen Spezialitäten sowie einer beeindruckenden Fischtheke. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Tolles Haus an der Girondemündung / Atlantikküste

Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und alles ist auf dem allerneuesten Stand. Es handelt sich um ein sehr geschmackvoll renoviertes altes Bauernhaus und es liegt in einer ruhigen Lage in Medis kurz vor Royan, ideal um von hier aus die Girondemündung, die schönen Atlantikstrände aber auch die kleinen Orte wie Monac sur Seudre oder Talmond sur Gironde zu erkunden. Uns haben besonders gut die hochwertige Küche und die 2 Badezimmer gefallen. Allgemein sollte man in der Region an Mückenschutz denken, da die kleinen Plagegeister abends gerne aktiv werden. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier verbracht.

Maison charmante et calme idéalement située

Accueil très chaleureux et si agréable de la propriétaire. Maison super propre, TRES spacieuse, ancienne pleine de charme dont l’intérieur est rénové avec goût. L’excellent aménagement des volumes et des espaces conserve l’essentiel du côté traditionnel et de merveilleuses poutres sous une belle hauteur de plafond. Lumière et douceur de vivre dans une jolie maison bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Les salles de bains et la cuisine (fort complète) sont toutes neuves et superbement équipées. Idéale pour des vacances au calme en famille ou avec des amis, située à proximité de la ville sans y être, ainsi que des plages (7 minutes), tout en étant au calme. Un havre pour passer des vacances agréables et dormir au très grand calme !! Une maison où il fait bon vivre ! La proximité de l’excellente boulangerie est un réel plus !!

Superbe location et merveilleux séjour !

La maison est vraiment magnifique et entièrement refaite à neuf. Elle est ainsi très fonctionnelle et offre vraiment beaucoup d'espace. Lumineuse, très propre, elle est également aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. Quel luxe de se sentir chez soi chez les autres ! La cuisine qui est neuve est parfaitement équipée. Nous l'avons trouvé idéalement située car nous ne souhaitions pas être en plein centre-ville tout en étant proche de tout. Nous étions vraiment au calme et avons pu profiter du jardin. L'accueil fut très attentionné grâce à une propriétaire qui a toujours veillé à ce que tout se passe bien. Nous avons profité avec beaucoup de plaisir de cette location car tout y est parfait. Nous n'avions jamais connu des prestations de cette qualité jusque-là. Nous y reviendrons !
