Welcome to Derby Shores in the private community of Cassine Gardens. Located in the heart of Seagrove Beach, steps to the Gulf and a short bike ride along 30A to charming Seaside. The town home was completely renovated in 2019 and has comfortable and modern decor with a coastal vibe. Amenities include two screened porches, two community pools, two tennis courts, and a park with nature trails. There is a fishing pond, fountain, and picnic area all tucked into a cypress grove. A perfect relaxing respite from a sunny day on the beach- best of both worlds!. The perfect spot for families, couples or an individual looking for a private yet well located get away!

Cleaner in Pictures

Unfortunately, this property looks very clean in the photos but that wasn't the case on arrival. We had to clean both toilets, and the dryer was full of sand. The refrigerator had caked on food both inside and out and outdoor lights were not working. The owner was very helpful and returned my emails immediately.

Perfect stay for our family of four

We stayed here fir 5 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. We will be staying here in the future. Everything you need for an extended beach stay. The walk to the beach was nothing and the owner provided chairs/umbrella. Super pumped about finding this condo!

Cute and Convenient

Great location! We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We loved that each room had its own private balcony along with the downstairs enclosed patio. Thanks for the quick to response to our needs that we had after check in.

Perfect Beach Vacation Spot

We love the location and convenience that Cassine Gardens offers. Our family has stayed there several times over the years. This unit is the best one we have ever been in. It is nicely designed with some extra little touches that made us feel right at home. The screened porch with ceiling fan was our favorite place to relax after a great day on the beach! The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and made us feel welcome. We look forward to being back at Derby Shores next summer!!

Great family vacation!

The property location can’t be beat! Very easy to get to the beach and nearby shops. The condo was the perfect size for our family of six. Wonderful owners to work with as well. We would highly recommend.
