Located in Sea Grove Beach just 2 miles from Seaside and 6 miles from Rosemary Beach. Directly on the bike path and across the street from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This 2 bedroom 1.5 bath townhome is around a 5-10 minutes walk from door to sand. Tastefully decorated with a beachy feel you will be very comfortable here! There is also a sofa sleeper making accommodations for up to 6 people very comfortable.

Great family spot

Father’s Day Weekend

The condo is very close to Good Restaurants like Café Thirty-A, The Perfect Pig and Mi Casita Mexican Grill. Walking distance to the beach is very convenient. We’re definitely going back to this place next year.

Good location

Good location and nice unit but unit needs updating. Cable TV remote did not allow you to see menu of all channel available so we had to enter each channel in by number manually from a list provided. Bed and couch were very comfortable. Upstairs carpeting needs replacing.

I am a clinical social worker specializing in marriage and family counseling. I am married to a Louisiana State Trooper and we have 3 teenage children. We live just outside of New Orleans, LA but i grew up in central MS.

Why they chose this property

This prpoerty is amazing because of where it is! It is located on hwy 30A next to the bike path. Restaurants and the beach are within walking distance. The property backs up to a state forrest with trails and sightseeing. It is less than 30 minutes to either Destin or Panama City. Check the activities calendar for 30A. There are festivals and farmers markets most weekends!!
