The Space:

*** IMPORTANT NOTICE: The property is currently undergoing a balcony restoration project (September 2025 – May 2026). Dates are subject to change depending on weather and construction progress. The balcony for this unit is open but features a temporary railing. You may also experience construction noise in other areas of the property during this time, and access to the heated pool may occasionally vary due to ongoing work. Please note that no refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided due to construction-related noise or temporary amenity limitations.

The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM.



When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice).

Best Vacation ever

The rental process was quick and easy- check in was simple and perfect instruction was provided, the Condo was exactly like the pictures. Everything was clean and neatly organized. The view from the balcony was indescribable. I couldve stayed forever!!

Love that Tiki Bar!

Great complex with great amenities! Tiki Bar and Food Hut on point with pools that were always clean and plenty of chairs available. The do need fans in the elevators! Need to be thinking about a new couch, I think people sit on it with wet suits on, slightly stinky and stains, but condo was great!

Nice little condo

Condo was great!! Only thing that was not great was the fact the pool/ hot tub closes at sunset. (Around 5:45). This is due to some lighting issues and the hosts can’t help this so I will not let it affect my review. Beds were comfy. Plenty of room for all of us. We really enjoyed the indoor hot tub. It’s open until 11.

Need a good over haul

The room was clean. But the moldy & mildew smell was awful. We had to get a dehumidifier to help with the smell it helps little. This room I will not get a gain until it has a major over haul. The couch and chair needs to be cleaned professionally. Stains everywhere on them. The bedroom and bunks were perfect. Bathroom very clean.

Back door HARD to open and close

The property is perfect location. The furniture in living room is pretty used has few lil stains. The sliding door to balcony is almost impossible to open and close. Other then that it is a very nice for a family of 4 husbands wife and two kids perfect setup for that. If we rented in this area again I would rent it again. Just hope they fix the door and get the furniture cleaned really good
