Enjoy spectacular views of the lake from the open concept living room, kitchen and dining room. Relax with a cup of coffee in the large swivel glider chairs on the large deck as the sun rises. Go for an early morning walk or bike ride around the quiet scenic lake, or just sit by the water and take it all in. The lake is stocked with fish every spring. In winter, you can ski at any of the three local ski areas (within 30 minutes) or enjoy ice fishing and skating right in your back yard.
Guests can use the entire property and the private lakefront beach (connected to this property).
There are three private beaches on this Lake that you will have access to, along with Kayaks, Paddleboards and beach towels.
Complementary snacks and beverages. House is stocked with everything that you will need, from pots and pans, silverware, dishes, glasses, condiments, coffee maker with many types of coffee, hot chocolate, tea etc...
In addition to all the different ways to enjoy the lake, there are also hiking trails, vineyards for wine tasting, award-winning restaurants, antique malls and shops all within 10 minutes. For those who like to golf, a public golf course is located approximately 8 minutes away. Several stores are within 5 minutes including Walmart, CVS, Target, Panera, Stop and Shop and more!

Check-out instructions
The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out is 11 am unless a later time was approved. Please
Check closets, drawers and outlets for any left items.
Turn off lights and lock ALL doors and windows.
Turn off gas for grill if you used it (turn clockwise to shut off)
Put ropes/fence back up around dock.
Please bring in ALL chair cushions from deck. Return kayaks paddleboards paddles under deck
Hang all beach passes, parking passes and garage door remote by front door. If you used any beach towels it would be appreciated if they were washed and put back in the bins in the basement.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
