Enjoy beautiful Connnecticut's four seasons on our deck that oversees the lake with your loved ones over conversation and BBQ as you sip your favorite beverages. Or enjoy the beautiful sunset as you lounge solo.

Lake house in Farmington Valley with access to Lake Garda’s trails and 3 beaches.... Getaway only a few minutes drive from restaurants and stores.. our humble abode has been home to memorable stories, meals togethers with friends, and family moments.

This bi-level raised ranch style houses 2 bathrooms on the top floor; and half bathroom on the ground level.

Two bedrooms have queen beds and space to play. The master room also features an en-suite elegant bathroom, beautiful lake and forest views, a Graco pack ‘n play, night stands, dresser, armoire, and walk-in closet.

The second bedroom offers forest and neighborhood views with a closet, night stands, and a cubby to store belongings.

The office, a closet, and air mattresses are in the third bedroom.
Please note:- The air mattress needs to be inflated for about 5 minutes every night for the best sleeping experience.

The sofa, play mats, floor mattress, fire place, dining, and kitchen are in the living room.

Feel free to move anything to the living room or lower level but please put them back.

In the lower (flex) level you will find the tv, a reclining sofa, gym, washer/dryer, and half bath.

Lake/sports equipment are in the garage.

You’ll also find a baby/infant bath tub, feeding/sitting chair, play mats, Boppy pillow, books, diaper changing mats, and yoga mat. The neighborhood playground with slides and swings is a 5 minute walk away.

Come to unwind and enjoy this modern house that we hope you respect as your own.

We've separated television distractions (lower floor) from the lounge conversation area with the lake/forest/neighborhood views, dining, fully-equipped kitchen, family, play, and fireplace. We found doing so helps us best enjoy the homely features, the beautiful surroundings, and time alone or with loved ones.

We loved living here so please be respectful of the families in the neighborhood while driving (no speeding), while enjoying the lake/beaches/walking trails (please clean up after you're done) and at home/deck (during quiet hours).

And, please no smoking while on our property.

GENERAL TOWN RULES FOR PETS

1)As per Burlington and Farmington town regulations, both state that dogs must always be leashed on town roads, public spaces including the Lake Garda community and open spaces.

2) Pet owners are required to immediately clean up after their pets on all public and private property that they do not own.

BEACH & LAKE USE RULES

1) No private events are allowed at the beaches.
2) NO DOGS OR CATS ON BEACH OR IN SWIMMING AREA. PLEASE
LEAVE PETS HOME
3) NO GLASS ON BEACH.
4) KEEP BEACH AREA CLEAN. PUT TRASH IN RECEPTICLE.
5) NO FISHING OR BOATing IN SWIMMING AREA.
6) ALL MOTORS ARE PROHIBITED ON LAKE.
7) OBSCENE LANGUAGE AND DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE
TOLERATED ON THE BEACHES.
8) NO FEEDING of DUCKS OR GEESE.
9) NO DIVING OR JUMPING
10) NO PARKING OVERNIGHT IN LGIA PARKING AREAS.
11) NO ICE SKATING.
12) NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
13) BEACHES ARE CLOSED FROM DUSK TILL DAWN. NO LOITERING ON BEACH AFTER DUSK.
14) NO SMOKING ON BEACH.

ANY INFRACTION OF THESE RULES COULD RESULT IN A FINE. ALL LGIA MEMBERS ARE AUTHORIZED TO ENFORCE THESE RULES IN A COURTEOUS MANNER.
