Enjoy your holiday in this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located in the desirable Arlington Park subdivision. Tastefully appointed with beachy Florida décor, the open Great Room features charming arched cut-outs that enhance natural sunlight, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.

Relax in the comfortable living area, complete with a plush couch and a large flat-screen TV. If you prefer dining in, you'll find two lovely dining areas inside. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Parking is available on site for a maximum of 2 cars. There is a garage that has the owners car parked on the side.
