Our recently remodeled home in beautiful Eagle-Vail Colorado awaits you and your guests to enjoy. Our beautifully renovated home sleeps 8 and provides plenty of room to entertain. 'Our Place in Vail' is ideal for two families or a group of friends on a getaway vacation. New upgrades in the past year include total replacement windows throughout, and a whole house ventilation system to provide a pollutant free, healthy indoor air environment. Our fully equipped kitchen has been upgraded with all stainless-steel appliances, gas range, and quartz countertops. Rave reviews abound for our well stocked kitchen featuring the drawer of spices and including small appliances like a crock pot, waffle maker, griddle and more! This open kitchen is ideal for entertaining with a large eat in island, dry bar with beverage fridge, plus a solid wood dining table all situated along the south facing wall of windows, which overlook the golf course and beautiful mountain scenery. No better place to eat & enjoy the expansive view. The kitchen and dining area openly flows into the great room featuring a gas wood burning fireplace, 60" flat screen TV, large sofa, swivel chair and cozy bench seat for extra seating.

The large master suite boasts a king bed, south-facing windows, walk-in closet, large, flat screen, smart TV and en suite spacious master bath with large spa inspired walk-in shower, double vanity and private water closet. The 2nd bedroom has a luxurious king bed, walk-in closet and large flat screen, smart TV. Both king beds feature fabulous Frette linens. The 3rd bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed plus a super fun, cozy custom bunk nook with and additional twin over twin bunk bed, walk-in closet and new, flat screen, smart TV with X-Box, puzzles, games and toys.

All 3 full baths are freshly remodeled with granite/marble countertops, new showers hardware, and floors. The upstairs large guest bath is conveniently located in the upstairs hallway featuring a tub/shower combination, new marble vanity and a private water closet. The 3rd full bath is located on the main floor featuring a custom walk-in shower and heated slate floors! The spacious master bath features a double sink vanity, spa like walk in shower and private water closet. All baths have blue tooth speakers built into the exhaust fans so you can shower (rock out) to your favorite tunes!

The beautiful views from our back deck will make you want to slow down, relax and enjoy the summer sunsets. Many of our guests agree, there is no better place to unwind after a day exploring the Vail Valley. A community saltwater pool is available and there are many easy access trails for biking and hiking. Golfers will enjoy that "Our Place in Vail" backs up to the 2nd fairway of the famous Eagle-Vail golf course. For amazing food and fun, you can visit the local shops in Avon, dine at any of the restaurants in Avon, Beaver Creek or Vail. However, most of our guests tend to favor dining al fresco while enjoying the beautiful views from our back deck.
