This home backs to the Eagle-Vail golf course and has stunning views of the Rocky Mountains. It is located 10 minutes from Vail and 10 minutes from Beaver Creek and is walking distance to the bus stop. There are three bedrooms plus a bonus room (with a comfortable pull-out couch) and three and half bathrooms. The main level has a large, remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, a gas stove, oven, and warming drawer, plus a large formal dining room. A cozy living room with a fireplace and large windows overlooks the deck and golf course. Upstairs you will find a large master suite with a king-sized bed and a pull-out couch, a huge walk-in closet and a large remodeled bathroom. The lower level has a bedroom with a king-sized bed, a bedroom with two full-sized bunk beds, one with a trundle and a bonus room/family room that includes a pull-out couch, plus two full bathrooms. This home is equipped with Wi-Fi and three televisions.

Why they chose this property

This home has ample space for two families. We loved the proximity to Vail and Beaver Creek (10 minutes by car to each) and the fact that it backs to the golf course.

What makes this property unique
