House of 80 M2 for 4 people in the Aix countryside with landscaped garden at the foot of Saint Victoire and pool. Ideal for lovers of nature, calm, hiking and mountain biking.
10 km from the city center of Aix en provence and 2 km from the village of vauvenargues. 35 km from Marseille. Bus nearby.The first beaches are 30 km.
Places to visit, The creeks of cassis, The Mucem in Marseille, The Granet museum in Aix en Provence .The wine route. Aix is a very nice city where you can stroll in all tranquility. We can recommend restaurants in Aix en Provence.

You will find at 50 M of the house the restaurant the Guard. Very nice atmosphere with an exceptional sight.

The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, induction hob, oven, Nespresso machine, toaster.

Satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning.

Outdoor terrace with umbrella, wrought iron sofa, armchairs, coffee table, barbecue, arbor.

Renovated bathroom in 2017, with washing machine, towel dryer.

The pool overlooks the holy victory. Very nice pool with a beach. You can rest there or read in peace on deck chairs. You can also connect to the wifi. Pétanque field.

Near the Château de Picasso, with the Sainte-Victoire in the background, in absolute calm.

The owners are on site. But we are very discreet people. We have been renting for many years and this has never been a problem. On the contrary, we have met our customers.

Namely that the last fortnight of August 2019 we are on holiday abroad.

Highlight Of Our Vacation In Southern France

Irene is the perfect host par excellence! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left she went above and beyond to make our stay such a delightful one. The house is beautifully situated just outside Aix en Provence in a quiet, tranquil setting overlooking Mont St. Victoire and the valley below. The house is charming, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for an extended stay. My husband and I like to shop fresh and cook which was a delight. The terrace has a table and chairs for dining as well as a sitting area for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening to watch the lighting on the mountains change moment to moment. We did not want to leave! There are countless beautiful little medieval villages within easy driving distance and of course the market in Aix is incredible. Irene knows the area well and helped us make decisions about dining, shopping and the many attractions in the area including nearby Lac du Bimont. The owners have a lovely home close by with a very inviting and refreshing pool that we really enjoyed. The gardens surrounding the house are beautifully maintained. The wisteria cover over the terrace, the bougainvillia, roses, countless other flowers, fig and olive trees complete the idyllic setting. We have only high praise for this VRBO! Magnifique séjour chez Irène et Fernand

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel chez Irène et Fernand, dans leur magnifique propriété près d'Aix-en-Provence. Le cadre est tout simplement idyllique, avec une superbe piscine et une maison pleine de charme. Mais ce qui rend l'expérience vraiment unique, c'est l'accueil chaleureux et la générosité de nos hôtes. Ils ont été d'une grande bienveillance et ont su créer un véritable lien avec nous, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Merci pour ces beaux moments partagés, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Excellent séjour

Tout a été excellent, depuis la réservation, nous savons que nous avons à faire une hôte impliquée, attentionnée. Et cela se confirme le jour de l'arrivée où Irène est là pour nous attendre, accueillir, expliquer, conseiller. Et les vacances furent excellentes grâce à une propriété enchenteresse, une location moderne, très bien équipée et d'une propreté irréprochable. Et les attentions de la part de nos hotes, Irène et Fernand sont adorables. Merci d'avoir contribué à rendre nos vacances aussi agréables.

Gezellig vakantiehuisje in prachtige omgeving

Gezellig vakantiehuisje in prachtige omgeving! Het uitzicht vanuit het huisje op de la croix de Provence is wonderlijk en neemt elke dag adembenemend! Een rustige en gezellige omgeving met wandelingen in overvloed. Irene heeft ons hartelijk verwelkomend en was enorm gast vrij. Ze lette erop dat we niets te kort hadden. Het huisje en domein is enorm goed onderhouden en straalt de typische Provence sfeer uit. Het zwembad is zalig op in op te frissen en de ideaal voor kinderen om in uit te leven. We komen graag nog een keer terug!

Séjour au top et hôtes adorables

Séjour fabuleux. Irène et Fernand sont adorables. La maison est top avec la climatisation dans toutes les pièces, la vue sublime et ils étaient aux petits soins pour nous tout en étant très discrets. On reviendra avec grand plaisir ! Nous mettrions volontiers 6 sur 5 si cela était possible 😊

Cadre superbe, maison accueillante et propriétaires adorables

Nous avons passé 15 jours en famille avec 2 enfants en bas âge et tout était parfait. La propriété extrêmement propre, les espaces parfaits et bien agencés, très bon confort de literie. Le cadre exceptionnel avec des déjeuners face à la sainte victoire dans un beau jardin et une piscine très jolie. Les propriétaires et Irène la maîtresse de maison toujours aux petits soins. Bref rien a redire tout était top! Merci de l’accueil et à bientôt

Des vacances exceptionnelles !!!

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours ( 2 adultes et 2 enfants 4 et 10 ans) et tout a été simplement parfait: - la maison à la décoration soignée, très bien équipée, et d’une propreté impeccable - la situation dans le charmant village de Vauvenargues ( avec un restaurant délicieux avec une vue à couper le souffle sur le château de Picasso ) et à quelques minutes d’Aix en Provence - la vue époustouflante sur la montagne et le jardin fleuri depuis la terrasse - la grande piscine en pierre sublime équipée de bains de soleil, parasols, bouée... - le terrain de pétanque, le jeux de fléchettes, les playmobiles... Tout est encore plus beau que dans le descriptif! Et ce qui a rendu ce séjour inoubliable c’est l’accueil des propriétaires: citronnade maison, corbeille de fruits, bouteille de rosé au frais...Irène, Fernand et leurs enfants sont très attentionnés, discrets et d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et nous avons hâte de revenir l’année prochaine :)

Une expérience unique

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle à Vauvenargues. La région est magnifique et la maison correspondait en tout point à la description. Irène et Fernand, nos hôtes, sont d'une chaleur et d'une gentillesse comme on en voit rarement. Cette rencontre a transformé nos vacances en moment exceptionnel.

We had a great holiday at Vauvenargues. House and the pool was nice and Irène was really friendly.

The house was nice and had all needed facilities. The view from the garden is great. We enjoyed to sit there at the evenings. The pool was shared with the owners, but it didn’t bother us. Our children liked to play in the pool with Irène ‘s children. Irène was a friendly host.

Un très bon séjour au pied de la Montagne Ste Victoire

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances à 4 amis dans cette jolie propriété. Les côtés ultra positifs : - un accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires - un extérieur magnifique (beau et grand jardin entretenu, coin piscine bien agencé, terrain de pétanque...) - une magnifique vue sur la montagne Ste Victoire - un espace terrasse très agréable devant la maison pour les repas extérieurs avec un barbecue - une localisation idéale au calme mais aussi à proximité d'Aix en Provence (15min), de Marseille (40min) et à qq minutes d'une multitude de sentiers de randonnée - literie confortable Les petits moins : - cuisine un peu exigüe et petite taille du salon pour 4 personnes - climatisation refroidissant uniquement le salon (la chambre d'en haut reste donc très chaude la nuit) En conclusion, nous recommandons vivement cette jolie location!

Cadre idyllique

Nous avons passé, avec notre petit-fils, une semaine inoubliable au milieu de la nature, face à la Sainte-Victoire. Maison agréable et bien équipée mais surtout un accueil plus que 5 étoiles d'Irène et de Fernand. Nous avons été accueilli comme des amis. Merci !!!!
