Ideally located on the 1st floor with elevator in a small quiet residence at the entrance and secure parking, this bright apartment offers breathtaking views of the sea and Port Maria. All shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, the pier for Belle Île, Houat and Hoedic 1 minute walk, the large beach 3 minutes and the wild coast within 5 minutes walk, bike rental 5 minutes. Pleasant furnishings: living / dining room opening onto a sea view balcony with garden furniture, sofa bed and flat screen TV, 1 bedroom overlooking the garden with 1 double 160 cm bed, kitchen open to living room: ceramic hobs, oven, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, microwave.
