Apartment ideally located, near the thalassotherapy center, the municipal swimming pool and the tennis courts. The beach is 250m, the city center 800m along the Boulevard Chanard which is the boulevard of the big beach. Creperie at 50 m casino at 250m. The beach and leisure are therefore very close. The apartment faces south, southwest, it includes a living room with 2 beds of 80 which sofa and sleeping and a separate bedroom with a bed of 140. Separate WC, LL, LV TV, Private car park Barbecue and garden furniture.

Logement conforme en tous points avec le descriptif..

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cette propriété. En dehors du centre de Quiberon mais à 10 minutes à pied le Long de la plage. Pour les balades idéalement situé entre Quiberon et la pointe du congrele. Sentiers pédestres et pistes cyclables.

Une superbe semaine avec mon mari et mes 2 filles (tout le matériel pour notre dernière de 1an). Un accueil superbe. Le logement juste comme il faut pour séjourné une semaine, un environnement sympa. Je parle même pas de Quiberon qui est juste magnifique j'en suis tombé amoureuse. Vraiment je recommande cette location et cette belle région. Je suis désolé,mais la qualité de la réception n'est pas de mon fait,antenne neuve et télé neuve,aucune remarque concernant la literie auparavant et je ne m'occupe pas des parties communes qui quelquefois ont des feuilles qui trainent.

J'ai séjourné une semaine avec mon petit-fils dans cet appartement très confortable: rien à redire sur la literie et l'électro-ménager. Situé à 5 mn à pied de la grande plage et du casino. 15mn du centre-ville. (un peu loin de la gare quand on n'est pas véhiculé d'où les 4 et non 5 étoiles). Quiberon est un havre de paix. Merci à M.Duclos, propriétaire attentionné et fort sympathique. Nous reviendrons !
