Côte et Lac is an apartment on the ground floor of a contemporary family home recently renovated and enlarged. Located on the sunny hillside of Lake Annecy, in a quiet residential area, 1.5 km from the village center of Talloires and Menthon-Saint-Bernard, and 1.5 km from the lake, beaches .
It occupies a strategic position to enjoy the city of Annecy, the lake and the Bauges and Aravis mountains that offer breathtaking views of the lake, Mont Blanc and small villages Haut-Savoyards.

Many activities nearby will make your holidays unforgettable: a swim in the pure waters of Lake Annecy, a paragliding flight, a round of golf, climbing a pass by bike, taste a tartiflette reblochon, a meal in a renowned gourmet restaurant, hiking or mountain biking in the surrounding mountains ... can not name them all!

You can also enjoy a private terrace overlooking the garden for your breakfasts, appetizers or meals and a shaded garden where you can rest in front of the lake.

Geneviève and Alain, the owners, will be happy to give you advice so that your stay is unique.
Massages and reflexology are suggested at the gîte by Geneviève on demand, and mountain rides could be organized with Alain who is a mountain guide.

Great stay in Talloires

We spent a great two weeks here. The place was very comfortable, well equipped and was a great location for exploring the surrounding area. We particularly appreciated the outdoor space where we enjoyed sitting out to eat and watching the paragliders. Everything was perfect and would not hesitate to recommend.

Nice appartment

Friendly welcome by the host and also friendly support during our stay. It is a nice place to stay with a nice view. During the day you can hear the road quite good but in the evening and during the night it is silent. The ceiling is quite low.

We were so happy with our choice. The spacious apartment was perfect: impeccably clean, contemporary in presentation and very well-equipped, with a range of cook-ware and a washing machine. The highlight, however, was the magnificent view towards Lac Annecy. The terrace outside was perfect for a glass of wine in the evening.Genevieve, our host, was friendly and helpful, suggesting activities of interest. The location was excellent, offering easy access to Annecy, Chamonix, Geneva and Aix-Les-Bains and more.Cyclists and hikers would love the area! Popular with paragliders too!

We felt the apartment was perfectly comfortable, very clean, well equipped, tastefully renovated and very well appointed to view the mountains and part of the lake, also providing privacy and excellent self-catering facilities - we hired a car for further sightseeing of the surrounding areas and the property provided a private car parking space also loan of a local parking permit for use in Talloires, which was very useful at the time - we enjoyed cooking the local food and eating out at restaurants, trekking the mountain trails, kayaking the lake and an exhilarating paraglide flight! - Genevieve the host owner, was particularly excellent with local advice, also offering professional massotherapy treatments, if required and available, which we enjoyed and felt were excellent and would thoroughly recommend to guests - we would not hesitate to stay again!

Perfect apartment overlooking Lake Annecy

Perfect apartment for couples and young families who want to be in the Annecy area but don’t want the overcrowding. We stayed for 2 weeks and found the apartment to be very clean, modern and well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. The outdoor space is fairly large and as we were there in July, we spent virtually all our time at the apartment on the patio area. The apartment is very well located with good transport links although if, like us, you want to go out of the lake area into the alps etc then I would suggest maybe having a car for convenience. Genevieve and Alain are very welcoming and will provide you with all the information you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Overall a great place to stay.

Unvergesslich schön!

Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Augenblick an willkommen und waren begeistert von der tollen Lage der Unterkunft mit Aussicht auf die Berge und den See. Von hier aus sind viele Wander- und Fahrradtouren möglich oder man entspannt einfach auf der schönen Terasse.Die Wohnung ist äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts.Genevieve und ihr Mann sind super nett und auch die Kommunikation war für uns nicht französich Sprechende mit Englisch problemlos.Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wunderschöne Ferienwoche

Wir verbrachten eine Woche in dieser sehr schönen, sauberen, ruhigen Ferienwohnung mit wunderbarem Ausblick. Sie ist perfekt eingerichtet, hat bequeme Betten und ausreichend Platz und Stauraum. Unsere mitgebrachten Fahrräder konnten wir sicher auf der Terrasse abstellen und haben die wunderschöne Gegend mit vielen sehr guten Restaurants genossen. Genevieve und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und gaben uns tolle umfangreiche Tipps von ihnen.

Magique !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Geneviève et son époux. Leur chalet est magnifique. Un p'tit cocon d'amour dans un endroit de rêve ! L'emplacement est idéal pour de jolies balades sans prendre de voiture avec une vue magnifique sur le lac et les montagnes. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse car une météo au top pour cette fin octobre. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, lumineux, confortable, chaleureux avec sa jolie déco. Tout a été pensé avec goût, rien ne manque. Geneviève est une hôte très sympathique et bienveillante. Je recommande à 100 % ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Super Frühlingswoche!

Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft gelegen , man hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge und den See. Am besten lässt man das Auto stehen und erledigt alles mit dem E-Bike( zu empfehlen, es geht Berg hinauf). Das Appartement ist ein Schmuckstück, es ist mit sehr viel Geschmack und Liebe eingerichtet und man hat alles , was man braucht und fühlt sich direkt heimisch. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen.

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans ce grand appartement pour deux. Confortable, accueillant, intime, une vue superbe, à moins de 5 minutes des écoles de parapente et 15 minutes à pied du lac. Gennevieve et son mari sont accueillants et discrets et ils ont su faire de cet endroit un nid parfait pour un séjour plus ou moins long. La literie est très confortable, le wifi permet de travailler à distance sans sans sentir de différence avec le quotidien. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Un séjour parfait

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location superbe et bien située. Le gîte a été rénové avec goût, il est confortable et fonctionnel. La terrasse avec sa plancha offre une très belle vue sur le coucher de soleil. Sa localisation en fait un point de départ idéal pour des randonnée ou des balades en vélo autour du lac ou dans les Aravis. Les prioritaires sont très sympas et accueillants. Bref, tout était parfait, à refaire !
