In the middle of summer when it’s not busy, the parking is plentiful. It would be nice if that was not an additional charge or was not limited.

Thank you for the feedback. We understand that parking may appear plentiful during the summer, but the parking allocation and fees are not determined by us. The property includes the number of parking spaces assigned to the unit by the building HOA, which we provide at no additional charge. We have no control over the number of spaces the HOA allocates to the property or the resort's decision to charge for additional parking in its public lots. Those policies apply regardless of how busy the resort is at a particular time of year. We appreciate you staying with us and sharing your feedback.

Great accomodations!

Perfectly positioned between Keystone and Breckenridge, the condo was spacious, well-kept, and had all the amenties for a short stay. Quiet, relaxing, would definitely stay here again.

Loved the condo, it was clean, spacious, and well equipped. The covered parking was great and close to the unit. Everything was very comfortable and instructions were clear except it was unclear at first how to turn up the heat and the main floor was cold. Instructions were about a nest thermostat but grading is controlled by baseboard heat controls we weren’t familiar with. The hot tub was conveniently located and towels were provided, but the water was pretty dirty and got scummy quick so that was gross and we only used it once, but that’s not the fault of the unit but the building in general.

Regarding the hot tub, these are managed by the building HOA so they are outside of our control, but we will pass this feedback along to the HOA so they are able to improve!

We were part of a larger family reunion of 5 families. We had a great time in part because of this fantastic home. It was so much larger than a typical ski condo. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. And the location was perfect. I have bookmarked this rental for future needs.If a 3 Br, 2.5 bath condo is what you are looking for, I strongly recommend this home.
