Spotless Townhouse - Short Walk to Private Beach - Quiet Street

Enjoy Diamond Beach's beautiful bay sunset views from the covered front porch and still be close to the ocean on this narrow portion of the island. Relax on the comfortable rear deck on a quiet, dead end street.

The updated kitchen features gas cooktop and pots/pans/dishes, etc. Large living area is comfortably furnished around a flat screen TV. Dining area has seating for 6. Sliding glass door lets in sunlight and opens on to the back deck.

Large master bedroom has a king size bed with TV and private bathroom. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The third floor open loft bedroom (with 2 half walls) has a queen size bed and AC booster. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan. New stacked washer/dryer 2023. PLEASE NOTE: this 3-story unit has 3 sets of interior stairs. If stairs are an issue for you, please make this consideration.

Home is equipped with Xfinity cable and we have password protected Wi-Fi for all of your devices.

This spotless townhouse is a quiet and relaxing getaway just 4 blocks from the beach (see aerial photo) where in-season The Club at Diamond Beach is open with food trucks, bar and restrooms (theclubatdiamondbeach.com). Also located just minutes from major attractions of Wildwood and Cape May, any coastal activity you would want is close by. Just across the street is Harbor Light Golf where you can play mini golf, rent bicycles or enjoy some ice cream in season- there's so much to do in Diamond Beach! Rental includes use of (6) tags to the private beach club at the end of our street.

Other Activities: Wildwood Boardwalk, Water Parks, Boating/Water Sports, Cape May Shopping and Dining, Cape May Lewes Ferry to Rehoboth Beach/Shopping Outlets, Free Cape May Zoo, various local wineries and breweries.

*Tenants will need to bring sheets, towels, toiletries and groceries. Professional cleaning will be completed shortly after your departure.

We do NOT allow pets, so please do not inquire about bringing a pet. Thank you.

Unit has (2) exterior security cameras @ the front door facing towards the parking spots and @ the back deck (facing towards the back gate).

Slice of heaven

The property was perfect! Very clean and nicely decorated. Lots of space and amenities for our family to enjoy. Short walk to the beach and ice cream/mini golf across the street. We look forward to staying again!

Perfect family getaway

I was so happy to have this time away with my boys & the Diamond Beach townhouse was perfect for a slightly quieter Wildwood experience. Walking distance to beach, dining and mini golf and my boys were able to bike to the boardwalk. Also a short ride to Cape May. The property was spotless, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The wagon was ideal for lugging all our stuff to the beach. JoAnn was very responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend.

So close to everything that Cape May and The Wildwoods have to offer- but you feel like you're a world away in our quiet end of town. You can park your car and never have to drive while you stay in Diamond Beach- walk to the private beach club, restaurants, mini golf and ice cream. Or hop in the car and in minutes you can be at any of the popular local attractions. It's your coastal vacation! We hope you enjoy our home as much as our family does.

What makes this property unique

Diamond Beach is a private beach and we provide 6 beach tags to our renters. The beach club is just beautiful- soft sand and beautiful palm trees in planters surrounding the eating area. Our beach has lifeguards, bathrooms, an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand, food service and a tiki bar for the adults. For the young at heart there's also beach volleyball, games and live entertainment on the weekends- all beachside!
