Within minutes to beach

Walk to beach and great place to eat with live music...can drive and park on the beach. Great little downtown area. Listing picture is not accurate and leads to a bit of confusion when trying to find the place.

Great location

Stayed 1 week in March 2024. The unit is on the 2nd floor. It was not a keypad entry to the condo so the key was left under the door mat & it is the only key there was not a second key inside. Having just one key was fine for us but may be difficult if you were traveling another couple. Carpet through living room & bedroom showing its age & it is a dog friendly unit so being shampooed regularly I am sure adds to that wear. Kitchen well stocked. The fridge is old & stained on the outside but clean inside & worked just fine. There was no filtered water in the condo so it would have been a nice touch if a Brita filter jug had been provided. Pictures showed a Keurig coffee machine so we brought our pods & there was no machine but they did provide the coffee for the regular filter machine so that was nice. Large master bedroom with king size bed. Twin beds in 2nd bedroom. Lots of closet space in both rooms. Washer & dryer in the unit is great too. The condo is in a great location easy walk to the beach & a couple of restaurants. Town is a short drive with shopping & restaurants..We travel with our 2 dogs & found Amelia Island very dog friendly which we loved..
