Perfect location for SLC and environs

This home’s layout is excellent, immaculately clean, and very convenient location for exploring the mountains and the city. The hot tub was an added bonus.

December ski getaway

Comfortable central location for a few days of skiing in northern Utah. Full kitchen, comfortable beds and living room, garage for rental x Car and most importantly a hot tub to soothe sore muscles after a day on the slopes

House was clean, beds were comfortable, nice to have use of washer and dryer, and loved the community. There were Mule Dear outside the rental most mornings and a couple of evenings. The proximity to RMNP entrance was great. We would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay in winter with a short drive to Snowbird/Alta and Solitude/Brighton

We loved this place! The private jacuzzi was awesome. Although we had an issue with the jacuzzi, Stacey, our host was on top of it and had it resolved the next day which was a weekend day. Thank you so much, Stacey. We would definitely return to this condo.

Big issue with the property is when we arrived it was very hot inside. AC obviously had been off and then turned on right at check in time. Upstairs took 12 hours to cool off. It was like sleeping in a sauna

A great location near the slopes

When we first walked in the townhouse, we were very happy to how everything was clean. The longer I stayed, the more I liked the place. The master was on the third floor with plenty of closet space. The bed was super comfortable. I liked how there was plenty of toilet paper and shampoo, conditioner, and soap that was provided. I was thrilled when I found a fan in the closet (I sleep with a fan at home). The main floor provided plenty of room for my 13, 16, and 18-year-old. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and spices. I like how the cabinets were not cleaned out after each visitor. My 16-year-old was the only one who used the hot tub a day after skiing. He said the temperature was perfect. We have a hot tub at home so the rest of us did not take time to enjoy this perk of the unit. There was oil, salt, pepper, ect. that was great to not have to go out and buy for just a week's stay. I noticed a lot of the extras came from Sams Club (I am a big shopper at Sams with three teenagers). The local Sams is about a ten minute drive. The location was about a 15 drive to the ski slopes. We visited the local Whole foods, Smiths, and liquor store for the necessities. We loved Alpha Coffee so much that we had something from there everyday during our stay. If you are interested in working out, there is Cottonwood Community Center that is about a five minute drive away. It costs 5.50 for a pass. We only visited the weight room which had like new Precor equipment. I would definitely stay at this town home again.

Awesome experience

My family and I had a spectacular stay. we had all the comforts, the kitchen with everything you need, everything very clean. Stacey her manager always aware of what was needed. We would return on another occasion because we liked the house very much. It has a very good location with markets and restaurants nearby and right on the way up the mountain.

Wonderful Family Ski Vacation!

We were so thrilled with this property! The decor was some of the nicest we have seen in a rental, it truly had the feel of someone's home. Kitchen supplies were the most thoroughly stocked that we have experienced. The rooms were spacious, the living room large and comfortable, and the hot tub was the perfect end to a ski day. It was an ideal location to be right at the bottom of the hill to drive up to Snowbird and Alta. We loved the fact that the light switches were labeled, and there was a manual with a lot of information as well as the confirmation email that had many references and recommendations and the concierge property management contact information. We only had a few questions, and the property managers responded promptly. We highly recommend this home, and would absolutely stay there again!

Beautiful Condo

This was an immaculately clean and beautifully decorated condo. Everything was brand new and well maintained. Our only complaint was the traffic noise, which was constant (it's located next to a main thoroughfare). This would not be as much of an issue in the winter, but we were unable to enjoy the deck as much because of it. The central location would be ideal for a ski trip.

Amazing clean house in a great location!

We came to go skiing with 7 adults and this house was awesome. The home fit us all with enough space and room for 7 adults. Check in and communication with the property manager was very easy. They gave us all the information for the mountains, local restaurants, and grocery stores which made everything helpful and easy. House is stocked with all the amenities you would need and has a great hot tub. The home is in a great location with access to all of the mountains about 20min away.

Cottonwood Heights -2/20/2020

Great location for ski resorts. We skied a different place each day. The only reason I gave it four stars in accuracy of the listing, was because one of the bathrooms was on the garage level. It was freezing cold down there and the toilet room was not attached to the shower room. I didn't understand that in the online listing. It made it hard for 8 of us to shower and get ready each day. Other than that, the property is beautiful and very clean. The property manager was helpful and really tries to make sure you have everything you need.

Great Family Getaway For Christmas and Sking

The property was the perfect size for the 7 of us. Great access to town and the slopes. The manager does a great job and the property is clean and well maintained. A large construction across the road creates some unwanted noise with the backup alarms of the construction equipment, really only an issue in the early morning.
