The John Collins family would like to invite you to our (licensed short term rental) 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home. Owner-operated for affordability, and located next to the spectacularly scenic Wasatch Mountains, ski resorts and city amenities. The home can be rented on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. 8 beds total. 1 queen and 2 single in master bedroom. 2nd bedroom 2 queen beds. 3rd. bedroom has 1 double and 1 single bed. 4th bedroom in basement has 1 double bed. Each bedroom has small TV with Stick. Ping pong table located in unfinished basement. Tile throughout kitchen area and hall. Gas stove. Cathedral ceilings in living room and master bedroom. Hot tub on deck with with deer and elk on the hill at times. Mountain views from master bedroom. At Christmas time the house is decorated and with a 9 foot tree. Excellent snow removal plan. In the summer the hot tub heat is off from June till mid October. Local park next door. 2750 sq..ft.

Turn lights off and reduce heat to 65 during the winter. Let me know if there's any items broken or any concerns or lack of items that could be used or needed. Thank you

Most everything was as listed and my comments above are subjective, of course. One disappointment, especially for the amount of money we paid, was having a bedroom and recreation area downstairs in an UNFINISHED basement.

The picture shows exactly the layout of the house I am two sometimes $300 less per night than the other properties in the HOA. I try et give a good deal some want more than they should pick a more expensive situation

Great spot for a ski vacation

This location was excellent for a ski trip to Brighton. There was plenty of space and it was easy to get to grocery store ski rental etc

This townhouse is just as described. Our kids very much enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong table, and spacious living room with surround sound and streaming. We all had plenty of space to spread out too across the three levels of the home. The kitchen is well stocked with I would imagine any appliance you might need. There is a community park just about 1/4 mile from the front door with a playground and very short walking trail. The host, John, is very responsive and pleasant to work with. He went out of his way to get us info about some neighborhood roadwork so that we would be prepared. We’d stay here again if we return to SLC.

Great ski trip

We had 3 great days of skiing the mountains in the surrounding area. The property is in a great location and we enjoyed the ping pong and hot tub after skiing. Would stay again.

Perfect location

Perfect location for skiing Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude. Right at mouth of canyon, short drive to any of these resorts. Plenty of room for everyone.

In 1997 was one of very few Licensed short term rentals when I bought the property.

What makes this property unique

. The property lies between the two canyons for easy access to Alta, Brighton , snowbird and Solitude ski resorts. Snow removal is a plus. Walking distance to park and ride and the bus service. A park is located next door. City Licensed short term rental. Wasatch park and ride across the road on Wasatch Blvd. End unit with additional windows.
