Pretty villa in a quiet and green residential area. This house is equipped with four bedrooms for 6 people, a bathroom and a shower room. Dining room and living room overlooking a south facing terrace with secure 4X8 pool. Equipped kitchen. Comfortable house with complete and contemporary equipment. Very nice and practical to spend moments of relaxation and discovery.
You will be quiet thanks to the electric shutter that secures the pool after swimming your children.
You will appreciate the calm, the raised environment and the practical side, access to all the shops quickly (bakery, picard, Intermarché, local producers, ...). We will give you the best addresses (shops and restaurant).
A small forest nearby allows a family ride.
A sports park located on the town allows you to enjoy the Provencal nature with walking trail, running, children's games, ...)
Venelles is located next to a motorway allowing you to quickly access provence and the Côte d'Azur. You will be 15 minutes from the TGV station of Aix en Provence, 25 minutes from the Airport of Marseille Provence, 40 minutes from a beautiful beach of the Cote d'Azur, 10 minutes from Aix en Provence, close to Lubéron and leases of Provence.
The rate will be decreasing for 2 consecutive weeks
