A 125 m² Provençal house with a 25 m² veranda, a 300 m² garden, and a 6x4 swimming pool. The house is located right next to the historic part of the town of Venelles, in the charming area of Venelles-le-Haut. It is a very quiet and residential neighborhood.
Located 8 km from Aix-en-Provence and 35 km from Marseille. The beaches of Cassis or Carry-le-Rouet are about a 45-minute drive away. Many hiking opportunities nearby (Sainte-Victoire is 13 km away). Provençal markets take place several times a week in the surrounding villages.
The beautiful villages of the Luberon are also nearby, including Lourmarin, the medieval village of Ansouis, and Cucuron.
The Aix TGV station is 20 minutes away, and Marseille Provence Airport is 30 minutes away.
