Okay Spot
Overall, we had a good time. We tried to not let the small things bother us as we were on a much needed vacation. It was probably my fault for not doing enough research on this condominium complex. It is an older complex, with A LOT of condos...over 300 I do believe. During our stay two of the 4 elevators were broken at all times. Then a third would go down occasionally. Thank goodness this condo is on the 2nd floor or we would have spent most of our time waiting for the elevator. People were often going up 9 floors every day as it was just too long of a wait for the elevator. We had a wagon for the beech and pool so we could not always do steps. The second big thing is the noise. We were hoping for a relaxing vacation the beach. I am one who likes to sit out on the balcony at night when I am on the beach and have a conversation. You really could not. The condominium complex did have someone turn it down once, but it continued throughout the stay from various people who had amplifiers. The resort also plays very loud music on the weekends at the tiki bar. Quiet time is not until 11pm and they do not stop until then.
The actual condo was all we needed for an enjoyable stay. It has some cosmetic issues, and the dryer did not work during our stay. I told the owner on day 3 and had no response but hopefully it will get fixed. There are a few issues with doors that get stuck, but it wasn't a big deal for us. The wifi was bad, and we had to use our data during the stay to get anything to pull up.
The beach and pool area were decent and our kids enjoyed their experience there. The small convenience store, tiki bar, shave ice, and small restaurant there were convenient. We also like to visit the state park and this condo is on that side of PCB.
We would recommend to a friend if the price was no higher then what we paid or less.
