This 1 bedroom/2 baths 7th floor Celadon Beach Resort condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. It features a spacious living area and private balcony with a panoramic views of the Gulf. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for preparing meals. This unit comes with free beach chairs service (available seasonally from March to October).

I stayed here with my two daughters for our annual girls trip. We loved the easy beach access and the many good options nearby. A great, more quiet option if you are trying to avoid big crowds.

This was my second stay at this unit. Host communication was excellent. Unit is as pictured. Beautiful view from the balcony. Love the quieter west end yet still close enough to restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property in a quiet area of PCB. Constant cleaning and upkeep happening at the property. Immaculate condition both on the property and the condo itself. The condo was fully stocked with necessities and the view was amazing! Hosts were responsive and helpful and we even got 2 free beach chairs and an umbrella daily for our stay. We will definitely be visiting again.

Beautiful little condo. The sofa bed wasn’t great however all the bed mattresses and pillows were comfy. Beautiful views from the Balcony. Being one of the first resorts on the road, the beach seemed more private, was way less crowded. FREE beach service was a major PLUS! The living room area was very comfy as well. Will definitely return. The HOST responds quickly also (for any questions). OH they have beach toys, pails/buckets, beach towels, and a few beach chairs and camping chairs. You might want to bring spare toilet paper and dishwasher tabs. Very well stocked kitchen appliances. Pots and pans are a bit dated, but otherwise functional.

Perfect, quiet spot right on the beach with plenty of beach towels & toys in unit. Surprised that they provided extra toilet paper, trash bags, and laundry/dish pods to get us through first several days. Fully stocked kitchen. Two pools & hot tubs on property.

The place was great had what we needed and the balcony views was amazing especially the sunset views! Got to see dolphins in the morning and enjoyed the beach chair service with my family! It was great being the last condo and not having that many people there. Great host, we enjoyed our stay there! 100% recommend.

The condo was comfortable and provided all necessities. Parking was a short walk across the street with easy access. The best part was the view of the gulf from the condo/balcony and the direct access to the beach. No walking to the beach; just step outside and you are there! Communication with the owner was easy and quick. We will happily stay here again when we return to PCB.

Overall we were very happy with this stay. The owners were very responsive when contacted. Very clean overall. Location good, beach was great and chair service was so good when March came around! We like Celadon - everyone friendly and 3 elevators was nice!

Black mold in bathroom. Sand on top of untouched bedding and in chest of drawers. AC restricted to 72 degrees or above (we usually sleep at 69 degrees)Mattress very hard.The cleaning service is not doing this lovelycondo justice. I cleaned the black mold from the shower door myself (had built up for some time.) Wore socks the entire time due to unclean floors. Did not use chest of drawers
