About this property

Chalet aux Orres 16/18 sleeps "LeBonChalet

Bright and comfortable chalet of 160 m2, ideal for quiet family stays.

Located at a place called "Le Melezet" 500m from the ski lifts of the "Les Orres" station. A free shuttle runs over the chalet on the main road, which runs every hour.

Everything is possible: alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, skating rink, climbing on via ferrata, sailing and wind surfing at 15 km, mountain biking, rafting, paragliding, mountain and high mountain hikes (La Barre des Ecrins 4103m is 50km away).

In the vicinity, the swimming pool of the resort of Orres (50 M), with a view of our beautiful mountains. The location of the chalet has a view of the valley in the heart of the mountains. We are also 15km from EMBRUN with its lake with grassy beaches.

Nice services and quality equipment: wood stove, comfortable bedding, television.

Ground floor:

- large entrance with sleeping sofa bed for 2 people
- open and fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, 2 raclette and fondue machines, coffee machine
- dining room table 18 place settings
- Large living room with wood stove
- 1 large bathroom with shower cabin
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 master suite with bathroom and WC (access to this room is from the outside)

Upstairs :

- 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed (one with a 6m2 balcony)
- 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds,
- 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and 2 single beds,
- 1 large bathroom with shower cabin
- 1 separate toilet

Sheets, towels and hygiene products (toilet paper etc.) are not provided.

South-facing garden with mountain views, garden table, barbecue.

In winter, local ski access outside with 1 sledge available.

Large area 13 km away (super U Embrun)

The situation of the chalet allows in all seasons to have access to mountain activities, skiing, climbing, paragliding, walks, mountain biking, all nautical activities (downhill from the Durance nearby), Serre-Ponçon lake at 15 min (kite, windsurfing, sailing club), equestrian activities.

The cleaning service is not included, it optional 120 euros.
There is no wifi connection available.

Globalement satisfaisant

Communication avec la gĂ©rante trĂšs facile. Elle nous a proposĂ© son aide Ă  plusieurs reprises. Merci Monique !Le chalet est situĂ© Ă  10 min de la station en navette (pour prendre la navette, arrĂȘt Ă  450m Ă  pied en bas du village). Nous avons louĂ© un casier pour les skis et chaussures sur la station car compliquĂ© de faire le trajet Ă  pied avec le matĂ©riel.Pour le logement en lui mĂȘme, suffisamment d'assiettes et verres. Par contre manque un peu de couverts et d'ustensiles de cuisine et souci de chauffe du four. Les canapĂ©s sont moyens. Mais mis Ă  part ça, nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour. Le parquet est tout neuf en bas et la piĂšce de vie est grande et suffisante pour 18 personnes.

Chalet avec belle piĂšce Ă  vivre, disposition des piĂšces agrĂ©ables, bonnes literies,petit studio indĂ©pendant au top dommage que l ensemble du logement soit laissĂ© Ă  l abandon...:commode inutilisable pour ranger les affaires car ne s ouvre plus ,canapĂ©s defoncĂ©s ,terrasse extĂ©rieure avec des lames cassĂ©e et donc des trous, parasol ne tient plus ouvert car cassĂ©...table extĂ©rieur dĂ©crĂ©pit qu il faudrait remplacer car on ne peut mĂȘme pas manger dehors ...bref dommage de laisser ce bien dans cet Ă©tat et d avoir de mauvais commentaire alors que le chalet et son emplacement sont top!!Merci Ă  Monique pour sa rĂ©activitĂ© et sa disponibilitĂ© pour gĂ©rer les problĂšmes.

Gßte non entretenu, beaucoup de choses cassées, sales, vaisselle manquante et dépareillée, pas de grille au four, fermeture des portes défectueuses, volets ne fermant pas , matelas sales, pas d'internet, pas d'eau chaude dans la chambre parentale, les rideaux pendouillent, pas de tringle fixe, l'extérieur ne correspond pas aux photos et n'est pas utilisable pour un grand groupe (un seul transat, table pour 6/8 alors que le gßte est pour 16/18, plancher de la terrasse abimé), des encombrants sur la terrasse du premier étage, pas de cane pour ouvrir ou fermer les vélux, commode complÚtement cassée, peu ou pas de meuble de rangement dans les chambres, pas d'étendage pour le linge.

Grand chalet agréable, parfaitement situé pour démarrer des randonnées et monter à la station. Dommage que l'équipement de cuisine soit vétuste et insuffisant pour un grand nombre. A l'extérieur, le matériel a subi les affres du temps (table de pique-nique bancale, parasol cassé). TrÚs bonne connexion wi-fi.

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon week-end. Le gßte est parfait pour les groupes. Je recommande sans problÚme. Un petit bémol sur l'équipement du gßte : pas assez de petites cuillÚres, la table de dehors est fatiguée et pas assez grande pour 18 personnes.

Beau chalet bien Ă©quipĂ© pour recevoir un gros groupe d’amis (nous Ă©tions 15). Seul petit bĂ©mol la propretĂ© du chalet passable selon tous les 15. Sur tout le reste c’est impeccable !
