Welcome to our Peace of Paradise in the Keys! Ocean, beach and private salt pool living at its Best! Enjoy swimming and sun bathing right across the street at Private Inch Beach or at the private salt pool surrounded by tropical plants.
As you enter Key Colony Beach, a quiet and peaceful island town, you are immediately immersed in a tropical atmosphere supported by azure water views.
Our Peace of Paradise is located on West Ocean Drive and embodies the relaxing and true Keys ambience you came for. Picture yourself enjoying sea
breezes while watching the ocean on the private lanai. Enjoy a frozen margarita and hum along to some Jimmy Buffet as you experience leisure and luxury available only in the Keys – the United States version of the Caribbean.

Our Living Area of the Home features ample and comfortable seating centered around a flat screen television. The two sets of triple glass sliding doors open up onto your lanai, the perfect place to enjoy early morning coffee or an evening cocktail while watching the ocean.

Cook up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring a seating area, full sized appliances, pots, pans and dishes – everything you need. Or, if you prefer you can grill on our gas grill provided (please be courteous of the next quest and maintain the integrity of the grill).

The Master Bedroom is furnished with a luxurious Queen Sized bed and features a view of the pool and the canal through the large windows and double slider. Although we have no boat dockage or access but a beautiful canal. The Master Bedroom also features a full Master Bathroom. You will also find a full size washer and dryer for your convenience located just outside the bedrooms tucked away in a large closet! This bedroom also includes a flat screen television.

The Guest Bedroom is appointed with a Queen bed and twin bed. A full bathroom is right next to guest bedroom & ample towels and linens you need for your stay in paradise are provided.

Located a short walk away lies Sunset Park, known for incredible views of famed Florida Keys sunsets enjoyed from the sandy beach. Directly across the street is the infamous Inch Beach, a private beach that has beautiful views, white sand and a large Tiki Hut that can be used to enjoy lunch or just get away from the sun while still enjoying the incredible views and ocean breezes.

Havana Jack’s Oceanside Restaurant and Sparky's Landing are located on Key Colony Beach. The entirety of Key Colony Beach offers walking with a bike path around the entire island. We also have an executive golf course, basketball courts, pickleball and tennis courts for those that want to enjoy those activities.

Boat rentals, snorkeling trips or kayak rentals are with in 2-3 miles in Marathon.

No smoking in the house and no pets allowed.

Check in process was very easy. Great communication with owners they were responsive. The pool is relaxing. Sunset beach is a must see a few minute walk from the house. Food at key colony restaurant is good. House was very clean. Highly recommend. Will certainly stay again.

The house is clean and comfortable and the location is amazing! The keys aren’t known for great beaches, but Inch Beach is a gem. Caribbean white sand! The entire community gathers every night at sunset at Sunset Park for songs. The pool always has some shade for those who want to keep out of the sun. Highly recommend

Key Colony Beach

We have vacationed this area several times, so when this property became available we knew it would be something special. Everything was top notch — location, house, pool, beach access. The facilities and amenities in the house itself were well cared for. We brought our electric bikes with us and had no problems securing them. The weather was great and we were able to enjoy the neighborhood. Great trip! Would stay here again.

Terrific Property at Key Colony Beach!

This is one awesome property! We really enjoyed the beautiful pool, views of the ocean, and the cleanliness and spaciousness of the property! The location was terrific; just across the street from Inch Beach and a very short walk to Sunset Park. Our only suggestion would be to have an outside dining table/chairs and a full-sized ironing board. A++++ property!

Long time lovers of the Keys, we have been coming down here since the early 90s but only found out about Key Colony Beach in the early 2000s. This is one of our favorite places to go to when the winter blues gets us down, we live in Pennsylvania so the winter can be brutal. We use this house as much as we can as do our children and some of our friends. Hope you enjoy the proximity to the beach and the lovely lap pool.

Why they chose this property

The property is perfectly located across from Inch Beach which is the private beach on Key Colony and rarely has more then a few people on it, even in the winter. The canal sits " canal view only" behind the house along with a private pool that can be enjoyed year-round. The house is one block from Sunset Park which is the best place on the island to enjoy beautiful sunsets, picnics or free concerts in the winter.

What makes this property unique

Location across from the private Inch Beach as well as a private lap pool "no diving"(10x40') (3-1/2 feet deep). Cozy with a great lanai to enjoy the sites and sounds of the island as well as watch the sunset crowd heading down to the park every night.
