Outdoor Living Island Vibes & Tropical Backyard: Enjoy the outdoor bar & grill, and authentic Tiki Huts- the perfect spot for evening cocktails. The Tiki Life: Sip your morning coffee or grill your "catch of the day" under the authentic Tiki Hut, featuring a private outdoor bar and grill area.

Private Pool: Take a refreshing dip in your own backyard. The pool is kept at a complimentary 80° year-round! (Optional heating/chilling upgrades available).

This home features a thoughtful "split floor plan" to ensure privacy for all guests:
Master Suite: Features a plush King-size comfortable bed. Guest Suite: Perfect for kids or friends, featuring 3 Twin beds.

Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home.
Convenience: On-site washer and dryer and high-speed Comcast Cable/Wi-Fi.

Essential Booking Information:
Stay Requirement: 7-night minimum (Per KCB City Regulations).
Flexible Turn-Day: Check-in/out on Saturday or Sunday (subject to availability).
Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM

Occupancy: Strictly limited to 5 guests (200 sq. ft. per person per city code).
Pets: One small, non-shedding dog welcome ($200 pet fee). No cats.

Rates & Policy Notes:
Cleaning Fee: $200 per stay.
Pool Customization: While 80° is complimentary, a $165/week fee applies for advanced requests to heat or chill the pool further.

Peace of Mind: We strongly recommend travel insurance during Hurricane Season (June 1 – Nov 30). Full refunds are provided only in the event of a government-mandated evacuation.

Note: This is a non-smoking property. Cabana Club access is not included.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure to put garbage can out to the curb on garbage collecting days. Every Monday and Friday at 6pm.
Please stripe out all sheets and collecting towels out and put it by living room area
Please make sure to turn off all lights inside and outside including pool light.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Children under age of 0-12. Please send request directly to owner approval.

After 16 years coming to this area we were overwhelmed with this beautiful location. Very spacious and well stocked kitchen. Wonderful sunrise views and lovely pool and outdoor seating. Our host was very attentive and replied within 10 minutes. Also very dog friendly and peaceful neighborhood.

You want to stay here, I promise. Don't hesitate, don't look at other listings; stay here! Everything about the stay was better than we could have hoped. Our stay at Southern Comfort was wonderful! Cute place with the perfect location. The landscaping was beautiful and the pool was perfect. Unfortunately we were there during the 344 fires so the wifi and communications were out, but we spent most of our time outside anyway.We love KCB and love this home!Thank you Patti!!
