Appartement propre Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, merci Ă  Émilie pour le mĂ©nage impeccable.La localisation est idĂ©ale : proche de toutes commoditĂ©s et tout peut se faire Ă  pied (plage, courses, calanques, restaurants, balades en bateau).En pĂ©riode de forte chaleur, l’appartement devient toutefois difficilement supportable car il n’y a qu’un seul ventilateur ; il serait apprĂ©ciable d’en ajouter au moins deux autres.Nous avons Ă©galement rencontrĂ© un problĂšme avec le rĂ©frigĂ©rateur (tempĂ©rature autour de 15C, difficultĂ© Ă  refroidir et montĂ©e rapide de la chaleur dĂšs l’ouverture de la porte). MalgrĂ© nos Ă©changes avec la propriĂ©taire pour tenter de trouver une solution, le problĂšme n’a pas pu ĂȘtre rĂ©glĂ© durant notre sĂ©jour. Nous avons choisi de conserver le frigo en l’état afin de profiter de nos vacances sereinement.À part ce souci, l’appartement est bien Ă©quipĂ© et parfaitement situĂ© pour passer de belles vacances Ă  La Ciotat.

Un bon séjour

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement trÚs bien situé. La propriétaire étant absente nous avons été trÚs bien accueilli par Anaïs qui est une personne trÚs gentille et trÚs serviable. Petit point à améliorer : changer le ventilateur qui est un peu vieux

zentral und gut ausgestattet

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der zentral und gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Es war sehr angenehm, dass eine SpĂŒl- und Waschmaschine vor Ort war und ein großer KĂŒhlschrank mit ebenfalls großem Gefrierfach. Wir sind bei Ankunft nett begrĂŒĂŸt worden und der Checkin und -out verlief absolut reibungslos. Parkmöglichkeiten fĂŒr das Auto fanden sich in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. FußlĂ€ufig war man in 15 min am Strand, wobei man in La Ciotat mehrere StrĂ€nde zur Auswahl hat. Einziges Manko war die Sauberkeit in manchen Bereichen, so war bei unserer Ankunft Zahnpasta im Waschbecken und auch einiges Besteck und Kochzubehör waren nicht wirklich sauber. Bei Abreise forderte die Vermieterin 50 Euro fĂŒr eine professionelle Putzfirma zur Endreinigung, die ich aber schlussendlich nicht zahlen musste, da ich darĂŒber im Vorfeld nicht informiert worden war. Die Agentur hatte sich auf meine Nachfrage bezĂŒglich der Zusatzkosten direkt klĂ€rend eingeschaltet und war mit der Vermieterin in Kontakt getreten (Top Service!).

Un appartement tres bien situé

Bel appartement, dans une résidence calme et arboree ( pins). Attention à l'adresse pour le Gps, car nous avons eu du mal à trouver. Indiquer plutÎt 245 avenue de la paix. Tres bon accueil, appartement trÚs propre.

Bien mais sale

La location est super bien situĂ©e, trĂšs sympa mais Ă  notre arrivĂ©e c’était sale. Il y avait des poils dans la douche, un rasoir usagĂ©, le frigo Ă©tait sale, la poussiĂšre n’était pas faite, il y avait des poils dans les poĂȘles, le miroir de la salle de bain Ă©tait gras et mal lavĂ©, sous les boutons de la gaziniere il y avait je ne sais quoi, la poubelle de la salle de bain Ă©tait pleine, du moisi sur les couteaux, la douche Ă©tait cassĂ©e, le canapĂ© et les draps blancs recouvrant les lits Ă©taient taché  Et encore j’en passe... Mais sinon le reste Ă©tait vraiment super top, on a vraiment apprĂ©ciĂ© le sĂ©jour pour le reste.
