Overlooking the bay of Cancale, you'll see the sea from every room in the house, and depending on the weather, you'll be able to see the islands of Chausey and Mont St Michel in the distance.

This vacation home is ideal for getting together with family or friends. With its large living rooms, 3 double bedrooms and a dormitory room that can accommodate up to 6 children. It also has 3 bathrooms for your comfort.

It is composed as follows:

Ground floor: large fully-equipped kitchen, dining room with double lounge, ground floor bedroom with double bed (140x200) and private bathroom: bath and shower, separate toilet.

Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with double beds (140x200), 1 bedroom with 6 single beds (90x200) and 2 shower rooms with wc, numerous cupboards and storage space.

In the garden, you'll enjoy a very large wooden terrace, with garden furniture, deckchairs, plancha, a sauna with sea view in a garden shed, games, parasol, bicycles at your disposal...
At the front of the house, you'll find another set of garden furniture for a siesta in the shade with a sea view.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot. Parking for 4 cars is available.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT LE SÉMAPHORE :

- Parties / loud music on the terrace are not allowed due to the proximity of the neighborhood and the naturally calm and relaxing environment. We will be vigilant about any nuisance and count on you to adopt the rules of good neighborliness so that your stay will be a good memory for everyone.

- Shops accessible by car (shopping, bakery....)
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wifi available
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning does not include routine tasks such as cleaning and tidying dishes, cleaning the barbecue or taking out the rubbish. A supplement of €50 will be charged if Cocoonr has to do this for you.

The house is an ideal departure point for Saint-Malo, the Mont St Michel and the wild coast with its most beautiful sandy beaches: the Saussaye beach 800m away, the Port Mer beach 900m and the Verger beach.
The Pointe du Grouin is a fifteen-minute walk along the GR34.

A 5-minute drive will take you to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market in the town of Cancale (on Sunday mornings). The Port de la Houle, famous for its oysters, is less than 10 minutes away by car.

As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo 16 km away
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit, 30 km
- Seasonal buses 100 m away, at the end of the street as you cross it, take you to the beaches along the coast as far as Saint-Malo.

On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specializing in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand to help you make the most of your stay.

On your arrival, beds will be made and towels provided, and everything will be done to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
