Starter set includes paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, lotion, bath soap for your first night.

Towels and linens provided based on occupancy and length of stay.

Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.

CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.

Rentals are not transferable to another party.

This condo is at perfect location for a vacation with family. Lots of food options nearby. Beach is really good. We loved the lagoon area.

Amazingly Great View - Terrible Room
The view is amazing!!! 10/10 The rest is trash. Use a different room. THE ROOM FLOOR - so dirty (only on the tile part) we are from Canada and we never understood why Americans keep their shoes on in the house. I understand now. Disgusting tiles. There’s also a fake wood floor that’s nice and clean. KITCHEN Appliances were clean and new. The wall beside the stove is galvanized metal and dirty. It touches the stove. Doesn’t come clean. Has a breaker for electrical stuff. The range is filthy. Turn on the vent fan and dust gets all over the place (in your food). There’s no safe for you to use. But there’s about 5 large locked storage cabinets for the property managers or owner to use. BEDS They didn’t have sheets for the sofa bed. The king bed is good. BATHROOM / WASHROOM The floor is so dirty and gross again with the tiles. Eww Overall property is painted and repaired and renovated really poorly. SIGNS There’s rules they don’t show you in the listing page. DO NOT DO THIS …. They have WARNING signs even for the toilet. The fridge. The AC basically everything you would use daily. The AC is so loud. The Toilet cry’s loudly when you flush it. THE LAYOUT you’re right beside the elevator. The bathers elevator. The laundry room. It’s noisy. The power went out for 3 days (unplanned and planned by the building) there were power fluctuations for 2 other days. I WILL NOT STAY AT THIS SUITE, BUILDING AGAIN. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE STAY FOR A FAMILY.

Great location!
One of the best locations for a stay in Honolulu/Waikiki! Great choice of food at the property and nearby, shopping, self parking is minutes away. The property is clean and nice, and the view from the balcony is simply amazing!

Great Location
The location was perfect, right next to the best part of the beach by the Hilton village and walking distance to so many restaurants and other things. Good view of the ocean from the balcony. Room was great for two people. Clean and no issues.
