Historic Cape home located 1.5 miles to Barnstable Village and great local ammenities. 4 bedrooms with window air conditioning units. First floor master bedroom and master bath. Spread out living spaces for family and friends to all gather. Convenient to Sandy Neck beaches, Barnstable Harbor, Barnstable Village and Hyannis. Hiking trails and playground located within walking distance. Quiet property located on 6A with 2 acres abutting the Cape Cod Railroad and MA Audbon property. Spread out home with lots of privacy. Master bedroom & bathroom has it's own area of the home and the upstairs also provides privacy away from the main living areas. Spacious living areas, large kitchen and a big backyard.
This full house has four bedrooms. Please note that clean linens will be folded at the end of each bed with bath and beach towels in the closets. The beds will not be made prior to check-in. We appreciate guests understanding! The checkout time of 10:00am and checkin time of 4pm provides our cleaners with just enough time to prepare the house for your stay. We ask renters to respect these timeframes.
