A fully fenced yard means kids & dog run freely playing fetch, badminton or corn hole. Three bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom with shower and tub. Outdoor shower is great for after beach. Full kitchen, dining table for 6, living room, deck for outdoor dining and patio with grill & chiminea. Easy walk for groceries, pizza, ice cream, mini golf or brunch at the Daily Paper. Quick drive or pedal to beautiful sandy beaches, Melody Tent or Hyannis Center for shopping, restaurants, night-life or Island ferries.
