• If you are seeking a unique & memorable experience like none other, you will found it here... at our 2 bedroom suite located only steps from Yonge street in the best location of downtown Richmond Hill.

• Steps away from fabulous restaurants, coffee shops and stores. A few minutes walk to Richmond Hill Centre for Performing Art & Elgin Barrow Arena. 5 minutes drive to Hillcrest Mall & Mackenzie Health Hospital. 45 minute drive to Downtown Toronto.

• We have a perfect 5 star rating on other booking platforms.


THE SPACE:
Our 2 bedroom basement suite is stunningly furnished with:

• 2 Queen beds [1 in in each bedroom].
• 4 seat dining table.
• Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare a meal.
• Couch.
• TV in living room with Netflix (no cable).
• 1 beautifully renovated bathroom with spa luxury toiletries.

***WHAT MAKES US A MEMORABLE STAY***
The main level of the home is an art studio where small classes are held to teach talented artists how to create their masterpieces. We offer a complimentary class to each guest during their stay. This is an excellent option for families with children or for couples who want to experience a fun & unique date night.

Our small classes of 6-10 students take place 5 days a week from Tuesday-Friday from 11:00am - 7:30pm. Saturday from 10:30-3:30. Classes are not held on Sunday and Monday.

** The entire 2 bedroom basement suite is fully private. Guests may expect to hear a little noise during class hours however it will be completely silent after 7:30pm every day, Also, since there are no classes held on Sunday & Monday, there will be complete silence throughout the day on these days.

**Guests have their own private entrance at the side of the home as shown in the picture of the white exterior door. Your private entrance is exlusive to you. We want to express that full privacy is assured.**

Cute place!

This is a great little quiet place! Clean, nice neighbourhood, listing looks just like the real thing. I stayed here with my teenager for a sports competition nearby and it was a perfect place for us to cook healthy meals and test comfortably! Wish we had more time to check out an art class. Would definitely stay here again!
