A fully equipped kitchen has all the right tools for you to make a home-cooked meal, and the large deck offers both a gas grill and gorgeous views of the surrounding forest and hills. You'll love soaking in the hot tub after a fun hike with someone you love. Dogs are also welcome at this property, so the whole family can make the trip!

WHAT’S NEARBY
Less than a mile from the center of town, this homey retreat is surrounded by natural beauty and has all the seclusion you could ask for. Downtown Pagosa Springs is home to restaurants, shops, and the ever-popular hot springs. You can also take a leisurely stroll down the San Juan River Walk along the water while taking in the sights. History buffs should take the 20.6-mile drive west to Chimney Rock National Monument, a collection of over 200 ruins from an ancient Pueblo settlement. In the winter, pack your skis and make the 25.5-mile trek north to spend the day skiing at Wolf Creek Ski Area.

Just about as perfect as perfectCan be except.
The layout, the stocked kitchen, the view, the parking, the recycling, the rooms, the hot tub. One down was the dishwasher was touted as a major convenience but was broken. That should have been disclosed so we could have used a few throw away items.

Nice house overall
Had a rather large group in this house. Overall it was a good house, with the exception of some electrical issues. Had to buy a power bar extension cord to run things in the kitchen. Seemed like if you plugged in both coffee pots it would blow the circuit. Location is great. Just at the edge of town, but close to most everything. Seeing the mule deer across the road was really cool. Parking was actually more than expected. Overall would definitely rent again. Get this house and you will enjoy it.
