Two-room air-conditioned apartment of approximately 38m2 on the 2nd floor with private parking, swimming pool and tennis courts. Composed of an entrance, a living room, with sofa/bed for 2 people and TV, loggia, bedroom with a bed for 2 people, bathroom with washing machine and WC, independent kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week
- A pet is welcome: an extra charge of €18 per week will apply for their stay.

The rental must be left clean and in good condition. Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if they wish, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price communicated upon request)

You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (No cash or check).

We are approved by Chèques Vacances.
