Logement propre et bien pensé dans résidence calme et bien placée. Les propriétaires sont très agréables, disponibles et à l'écoute. La place de parking est un plus non négligeable. ce studio était tout à fait conforme à sa description. Equipement complet, Accueil charmant du propriétaire. Vue superbe sur le port, le moulin et le fort. La plage toute proche, le centre à pieds en 5 minutes. La résidence est très bien entretenue , sécurisée et très calme et le parking personnel est un plus particulièrement appréciable. Nous y avons passé une semaine et nous le recommanderons à nos proches.

Chaleureux studio au coeur de Collioure

Très agréable studio, idéalement placé (50m de la plage et prés du centre ville, balade au moulin et au fort Saint Elme à proximité). La place de parking réservée est un atout évident pour Collioure. Nous le recommandons pour un couple sans enfant (appartement situé au 3eme étage) ou entre amis. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et n'hésitent pas à donner de bons conseils. Une bonne adresse à garder.

Vacances très réussies

Très agréable séjour dans un appartement conforme à l'annonce,très bien situé très proche de la plage et des commerces.Place de parking très appréciable et belle vue sur le Fort St Elme et le moulin depuis la baie de l'appartement. J'ai déjà recommandé cette location à ma famille,et y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Studio bien entretenu avec vue magnifique. Environnement calme. Commerces et centre ville immédiat. Propriétaire très sympathique. Nous le recommanderions à des amis. Pour déguster poissons et fruits de mer le "Casa Léon" et l'Insolite avec les spécialités catalanes, et l'accueil chaleureux du patron.

très bonne appréciation

location très propre et très bien entretenue facile à trouver ; on peut se passer de voiture pendant le séjour si on veut; le parking est très appréciable surtout à collioures où se garer est devenue presque impossible en période d'été.les propriétaires ont été très arrangeant quant à notre départ ( très tôt le matin) c'est un endroit où nous comptons revenir très bientôt
