Beautiful house, extremely comfortable

We had the pleasure to spend a long weekend in this incredibly well remodeled home. All appliances were new, nothing broken, the house´s space was well conceived. Beds were comfortable, showers relaxing, and there were plenty of space heaters for those cooler nights and mornings. On-site parking with automatic door, close to amenities and in front of a calm, small beach. We´d love to come back for a longer stay sometime in the future! A rare gem.

Wonderful stay by the Petite Plage de Kervoyal

We had a wonderful stay at Laurent and Claire's beautiful home by the sea in Kervoyal. The house is very well equipped and comfortable. It is in a fantastic location with the lovely sandy Petite Plage de Kervoyal right on the doorstep and has excellent sea views. The property has been lovingly renovated to a high standard from an older typical Bretton house so that it still has a lot of character and charm. We loved the calm and tranquility of the place. The garden is also large and private, which was great for our 7 year old daughter to play and explore in. There are lots of interesting places to visit close by, including Carnac, Foret de Broceliande, Domaine de Suscino, Cairn de Gavrinis and lots more. Our daughter did horse riding lessons at Centre Equestria Maestria near Sarzeau, which she really enjoyed. Communication with Laurent and Claire was very good. They provided us with useful information on the area ahead of our visit. We have no hesitation in highly recommending this lovely home. We hope to return one day.

Super !!

Une maison qui allie style traditionnel breton et modernité, très lumineuse, très accueillante. Les équipements sont tops, les chambres spacieuses, et l'emplacement et la vue sont magiques. Le grand jardin arboré est magnifique. Beaucoup de mobilier de jardin, un barbecue, une table de ping-pong, des vélos à disposition, l'accueil chaleureux par la Conciergerie "Clochette", des cadeaux de bienvenue de la part des propriétaires ... tout était plus que parfait. Je recommande cette location à 200% pour passer des très belles vacances.

Un séjour exceptionnel ! ☀️

Maison cosy, chaleureuse , pratique , spacieuse dans un environnement tout juste incroyable … On ne se lasse pas de la vue mer qui est certainement le grand plus de la maison … Sans oublier le jardin où on peut entendre les vagues de nos transats !! Tout est à proximité , et les ballades à pieds , à vélo sont très agréables. Il y a une gentille attention à notre arrivée ( capsules café, cidre , Gel douche , nécessaire ménage …) . Un très bel endroit que nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation .

Une belle semaine

Maison très agréable, avec belles prestations. Le jardin et les terrasses sont parfaits. La maison est très bien située, près de la plage. On peut juste regretter les nombreuses voitures qui vont et viennent devant pour se garer à côté de la maison et accéder à la plage. Il faut dire que nous avons eu une semaine très ensoleillée...

Une magnifique semaine les pieds dans l’eau

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour a Kervoyal dans cette maison lumineuse, rénovée avec beaucoup de cachet. L’accueil était parfait et chaleureux. La maison dispose de toutes le commodités, même les plus inattendues comme une table de Ping Ping et des vélos à disposition. Les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables, les lits d’excellente qualité. Nous gardons un souvenir magnifique de cette maison face a l’océan.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette belle maison.
