Sunrise Cottage - Flamingo Heights Beauty!

Located in new hot spot Flamingo Heights, is the most beautiful 1950s homestead cabin all updated for a modern living vibe. Cool off and chill out with the A/C and satellite TV!!!! Quaint and cozy, recently updated with new paint, flooring, tile, appliances, and furnishings. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Backyard features a gazebo for shade, firepit, gas BBQ, and hammocks. Only 10 miles to Yucca Valley, 20 minutes to Joshua Tree , 30 to the park gate, and 45 minutes to famous Palm Springs. You can explore nearby desert attractions such as Joshua Tree National Park for hiking or rock climbing, In Feb see the excitement of the rock crawlers at "King of the Hammers" during the day and then retreat to your cabin in the evening and enjoy all the modern conveniences of home. Attend the Orchid Festival held each October at Gubler Orchids. Also in October is the Morongo Basin Search and Rescue Desert Run which is a 20 mile off-road course (fee charged). Fun for the whole family including prize drawings, vendor displays, and hot food for sale on site. Visit local attractions like Pappy and Harriet's in Pioneertown, Giant Rock, Landers Brewing Co., Integratron, Gubler Orchids, and the popular La Copine restaurant.

Great!

We had a lovely stay, the house was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen very well appointed. Great yard with a fire pit! A very easy drive to Pappy and Harriet’s where we were going to a concert and dinner. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect get away

My fiance and I stayed here for Coachella and it was perfect. Coming back after the festival was so peaceful and being able to see many stars was incredible. The house was super clean and comfy. Amenities were super great as well! Wish we booked a longer stay! Perfect place to have a stargazing s'mores night. Definitely will be back!

Desert Gem

We had such a cozy time at Sunrise Cabin. Great location for access to Joshua Tree, yet remote enough to experience the quiet desert evenings. Home provided everything we needed to be comfortable. Our girls loved painting the rocks for the rock River behind the home! This was really special for them.
