100 yds from Peak7 lifts! Ski in/ski out. Amazing amenities including game room, movie theaters, spa, workout facilities, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, kids pool area, adults only "grotto" spa area with steam, room, sauna, and waterfall, underground parking, and lockers!

This is a 4 bedroom suite with 2 kitchenettes and 2 complete full kitchens including full sized fridge, freezer, stove, oven, and microwave. Two master suites both include dining rooms with table for 6+, living rooms have full size fold out couches, and large widescreen TVs. Each master unit has a large bathroom with divided toilet and shower from the dual sinks and jetted tub. The two divided studios are attached by door partition include fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, sink, and dishwasher. All rooms include widescreen TVs. (4 bedrooms sleep 8, 4 foldout couches sleep 8, sleeps 16 total.)

You won't find a better place to stay at Breck

This 4 bedroom unit was perfect for our family & 3 others. In total, we had 4 families (16 total people). We spent our Spring Break in this unit and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's right off Peak 7 ski in/ski out. With a group our size, everyone had different desires for amount of skiing, lunch break, and types of runs. The unit was perfectly positioned close to the main lobby as well as the ski locker. We could be out the door of our unit, to the locker room, and walk outside to the lift all in less than 10 minutes with no hassle at all. All blue runs are right off this lift and a short gondola ride from peak 7 to 8 gives you access to more blues and greens. If you want more challenging blue and black trails, we could easily get there off Peak 7's lift and head over to peak 6 for some amazing skiing. Ski rental shop was so conveniently located right outside this unit. Be sure to ask for owner's discount. Our kids enjoyed the movie theater rental as well. You won't be disappointed! Have fun!
