Best Location in Terrasol - Ocean Views Forever

This 2-bedroom, 2 bath END UNIT condo, offers more than 1600 square feet. Travertine floors, granite countertops and gorgeous tiled bathrooms are just the beginning. No expense was spared bringing this beautiful vacation rental to life.

The unit is perched just above the palapa pool, in the center of the resort. The open floor plan brings the living, dining, kitchen and outdoor areas into one big space. You will be amazed by the generous ocean views throughout the entire unit.

Air conditioning and ceiling fans in the living area and both bedrooms will keep you cool on the warmer days. You rarely need these luxuries with the nice Cabo breeze that rolls through the large living room window.

The large Master Bedroom offers a comfortable King Size bed with luxurious linens and extra pillows. You have gorgeous ocean views right from your bed and direct access to the large wrap-around patio.

The master bathroom has been redesigned and remodeled to include a beautiful walk-in shower with separate bath tub. You will appreciate this tub after a long day fishing, golfing or the many of the other activities Cabo San Lucas has to offer.

The second bedroom also provides a comfortable king size bed with luxurious linens. It is directly connected to the second bathroom (also remodeled) with it's own shower.

The kitchen is nicely appointed with service ware and all the pots and pans you will need. Just bring the food. The ocean view glass dining table seats six with additional seating at the center island.

The open living space provides some of the best ocean views at Terrasol Beach Resort. The sofa pulls out to a full bed suitable for two smaller kids or one adult. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and there is also comfortable furniture for dining outside..

The unit's elevation provides privacy from other guests, while being just steps to the pool. The large wrap around patio is fully equipped with new luxury furniture, comfortable loungers and a gas barbecue.

Being an END UNIT has it's advantages. Fewer walls to share with neighbors and more WINDOWS.

There is little doubt Casa de Cabo is one of the nicest units available at Terrasol. And you can reserve it for your next vacation!

Terrasol Resort charges the following fees upon check-out:

Resort fee $18.50/nt 1-2 ppl, $23.50/nt 3-4 ppl and $28.50/nt 5-6 ppl

Parking: $5/day, $25/wk

Great Place to Whale Watch

We had a fabulous and relaxing vacation at this unit. Terrasol is a great place to stay. Convenient to the Marina, many restaurants, and other water activities (like whale watching tours, sunet tours, etc.). The patio had a great balance of sun and shade and included great views for whale watching. We had a great time and can't wait to return.

This property was absolutely perfect. All amenities needed, quiet, exceptionally clean. Perfect distance from town for walking to and very safe. The patio was our favorite spot to sit and watch the whales migrate north. We will be back.

This is now our favorite place to stay in Cabo. The condo is beautifully located overlooking the pool with a full view of the ocean. The house is fully stocked so you feel you have all the comforts of home. Everything is updated and the owners provide great details to ensure you make the most of your stay. We will definitely be back.

Very clean, AMAZING Views and Perfect location. Check in was quick and easy. This place is perfect if you’re tired of loud, over crowded, kid friendly resorts. This location was exactly what we were looking for to get away and relax. Close walk to the Marina and downtown. The welcome book had great suggestions for things to do and eat in Cabo. Would highly recommend this place for your next Cabo getaway.

Beautiful, amazing and fabulous Views!!

The photos on VRBO do not even give you a sample of the great experience you'll get at this Terrasol Condo. The views of the ocean are amazing; you can actually see the whales from the dining room, kitchen and bedroom. The pool, Palapa bar, restaurant, ocean and activities are right in front of you for your enjoyment. The condo is very well maintained and nicely furnished, the kitchen is well equipped, comfy beds and all the beach stuff you'll need. Great unit, location (Walk to the Marina) and a very good value. We are already planning a boys fishing trip for our sons and grandkids and will want to stay here again. The Management and check-in staff where extremely helpful, friendly and responsive! It was great meeting the owners who made us feel at home, Thank you Debbie and Troy for your hospitality. Hasta Luego, Adios and Gracias.

Terrasol is a luxury gated condo community located near Land’s End – close to Cabo's world famous Arch. This secluded, ocean front paradise is just a short walk to to the Marina and surrounding areas which host famous restaurants, shops and bars. No taxi’s required.

There are two pools at Terrasol Beach Resort – One with an oceanfront swim up palapa bar that serves fabulous $4 tropical cocktails and delicious food. The other is a disappearing edge lap pool sitting next to the ocean providing the most beautiful views imaginable. The palapa bar also hosts a sit down restaurant for all your breakfast, lunch and snack needs.

What makes this property unique

Terrasol provides a peaceful and tranquil experience during your stay. And if you want to “whoop it up”, you are a short walk to ALL the fun, including the Marina District and Medano Beach. You are situated next to popular resorts Playa Grande, Solmar and Finesterra. Depending on their occupancy levels, these resorts may allow Terrasol Beach Resort guests to use their restaurants, spas and other facilities.
