Visited Cabo to celebrate a friend's 70th birthday. 4 of us in this large, comfortable and high end location with the exquisite view on the enormous deck had a fabulous time. Catering to adults and families - mostly with young children, the Villa and the pools were immaculate. The drinks at the pool were amazing, the staff so friendly and dinners there were delicious. We absolutely love Villa La Estancia and try to go as often as we can. Tom & Kathy live most of the year in Colorado and have been visiting Cabo for many years, especially during whale season. We have 3 boys, Chris (34), Braden (19) and Alexander (15) and we all enjoy the outdoors and all of the wonderful things the mountains and ocean have to offer.

Why they chose this property

The Ocean-Front Villa Group Properties offer everything you need so you don't really even have to leave the resort. But, if you wish to explore, this great location on swimmable Medano Beach is only a short walk or cab ride to the hustle & bustle of downtown Cabo, world-class cuisine, the Marina with all kinds of ocean activity offerings and numerous restaurants, luxury & touristy shopping, and much more. Additionally, we are a very short ride to Costco, Walmart and FRESKO La Comer, a new gourmet grocery store with everything you could possibly want. Only about 30 minutes from SJD International Airport, we believe it is the BEST location in Cabo San Lucas.

What makes this property unique

The Resort property uses sustainable practices and we work hard to make our Villa Eco-Friendly with Energy Smart Appliances, a separate recycle bin, refillable soap & shampoo dispensers, LED lightbulbs, separate A/C thermostats in every room and ceiling fans both inside and on the balcony. Cabo offers amazing weather year-round so air conditioning is often unnecessary.
