This is a VINTAGE Apartment. It is a 50 year old building, and this Studio / Efficiency has been lovingly cared for. It is decorated with hand-stitched pillows & has beautiful honey oak floors. It is COZY & comfortable. This is an OCEANFRONT efficiency condo on the 2nd floor (1st floor above the Lobby Level). It has a fully equipped kitchen with an Outdoor POOL & sundeck on the same floor as the unit. There's a keyed entrance with an on-site manager, security cameras, laundry facility, underground parking garage, outside parking deck, elevators & free wireless INTERNET. The beach & Boardwalk are literally outside the front door. Relax on the PRIVATE BALCONY & enjoy the SPECTACULAR views. If you enjoy QUAINT & unpretentious.... and watching the sun rise over the ocean, this rental might be for you. **(MUST BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS & TOWELS)**

We are frequent flyers for this property! AJ is super easy to deal with, the unit is quaint and clean, and the views are spectacular! We love the free live music at the Rehoboth Bandstand!

This is a perfect location for access to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shopping without having to drive. The condo is clean and comfortable with a small patio overlooking the beach. It is a studio but it was large enough for us for three nights with two kids ages 13 and 11. The check in and out instructions were clear and easy. We enjoyed our stay.

Cozy, quaint and right on the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at AJ’s place. It was right on the boardwalk/beach, which was perfect. Also very close to some great restaurants – no car necessary. And it was spotless! Thank you, AJ!

Great place to stay

Had another great stay here! Location is perfect, just park your car and walk to everthing downtown or walk right out onto the boardwalk. Pool area is very nice and convenient. AJ is a wonderful host as well, easy to communicate with, seamless check-in/check-out process. We can't wait to come back!

Jane's apartment has become the best part of our summer. You can't beat the location. You can get other ocean front places, but Jane's unit with her personal artwork from her travels and cozy feel, you cannot get elsewhere.

A Wonderful Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo…ten stars for the location, right on the beach/boardwalk…morning coffee on the balcony watching the sun rise and the surf…walking distance to restaurants and shops…and the place was immaculate! We are hoping to rent this condo several times per year from now on….

Wonderful beachfront condo

Our family of four had a wonderful time during our stay here. The location was perfect. We left the car in the garage and walked wherever we needed to go. The view from the balcony was spectacular as we were literally steps from the beach. Also AJ was always quick to reply to any questions that we had.

Our second year staying in Jane's Unit. The access to the beach and boardwalk is unmatched. We didn't need our car the entire week. 15 minute walk to restaurants on Rehoboth Ave. We will be back for our third year.

First Time in Rehoboth

Perfect spot for two retirees trying out a new vacation location. On the boardwalk, beautiful sunrises and weather, listening to the waves, etc… Couldn’t have asked for better communication with owner. It just worked out so well. Pretty sure we will be back.

Fantastic

We loved this cozy condo! The location is unbeatable. It’s right on the boardwalk but about a block or 2 out the the super busy part and couldn’t be closer to the beach. The condo itself was very clean, had everything we needed. I was pleasantly surprised with the water pressure and the convenience of a closet with hangers to be able to unpack and settle in. We will hopefully be back next year!

A Piece of Heaven

My husband and I and our 12-year old stayed three nights at this sweet little beachfront condo and loved every moment of it. The location, parking, and ease of accessing the property made for a stress free weekend. It probably helped that we saw magnificent sunrises from every angle in the condo! We brought our bikes and locked them up in the provided bike racks in the garage, under cover with no exposure to the elements. The garage even has an air pump! AJ was easy to communicate with and was super responsive. We had zero issues with the property and overall, the place was quiet (not sure if that is because we were there in late April). We will be back for sure!
