This is a VINTAGE Apartment, that we had to update in 2026 due to weather damage. It is a 50+ year old building, and this Studio / Efficiency has been lovingly cared for. It is still decorated with hand-stitched pillows & our honey oak floors have been replaced with beautiful wood-look FLOORET floors . It is still COZY & comfortable with our original furnishings. This is an OCEANFRONT efficiency condo on the 2nd floor (1st floor above the Lobby Level). It has a fully equipped kitchen with new cupboards and quartz countertop in 2026. And there is an Outdoor POOL & sundeck on the same floor as the unit. There's a keyed entrance with an on-site manager, security cameras, laundry facility, underground parking garage, outside parking deck, elevators & free wireless INTERNET. The beach & Boardwalk are literally outside the front door. Relax on the PRIVATE BALCONY & enjoy the SPECTACULAR views. If you enjoy QUAINT & unpretentious.... and watching the sun rise over the ocean, this rental might be for you. **(MUST BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS & TOWELS)**

This was our first time staying here. Highly recommend this! It was also very nice to have a parking garage and not walk 5 miles to find a spot elsewhere. Having a balcony oceanfront was perfect too.

This was our first time staying here and we had an absolutely wonderful time. Jane's unit was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Updated, clean, beautiful beachfront views, and steps away from everything you could ever imagine. AJ was a very responsive host and a pleasure to deal with. I fell in love with Rehoboth Beach and will be coming back every year. Now we have the perfect place to stay!

Our 5th stay...so that should say it all. But just incase... it's the perfect location, great apartment, with everytyou need, perfect for beach access and walking distance to all the great restaurants. They should just include a rope so you can repel straight down for the gelati.

This is THE place to stay in Rehoboth. The unit is on the first floor above a coffee/ice cream shop. 10 steps from the pool, 20 steps from the elevator that takes you to the lobby which exits directly to the boardwalk. You can leave the balcony overlooking the beach and be setting up your chairs by the water in less than 5 minutes. The host is always a pleasure, very thorough and helpful the entire way through. The new updated kitchen and bathroom are very nice. My family has stayed here 4 summers in a row and always look forward to coming back next year. Parking underneath the building is also a huge perk, however we rarely find the need for a car once we park with all of the restaurants and activities so close.

The view is unbeatable--right on the water! The studio is cozy and comfortable--I packed to stay in (for the most part--still had to go around the corner for some great oysters!) and thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing weekend with a stack of books and the sounds of the ocean.

Property location is top-tier, it was awesome to have our car parked within the building and be able to access it for beach stuff and kids stuff. Being right across from the pool was also amazing.
