This house fit our needs well. Very clean, had everything we needed. Appreciated the spices, oil, etc. so we did not have to go out and buy stuff like that for a meal. Loved the backyard landscaping too.
Our stay was more than we expected. My siblings and I stayed in Brian's house and couldn't be more pleased. The house was clean and kept up. The amenities provided were more than we expected. Brian was easy to contact when the garage door opener stopped working and came over immediately to fix it. We loved having morning coffee in the private well-kept backyard. I would give Brian 10 stars if I could.

Nice house, poorly managed
Arrived at night, porch light was not on and pathway to front door was very dark. Burned out light bulbs in both bathrooms. Bathtub drain clogged and water accumulates during a shower. TV has some type of smudged or film on the screen. No instructions in home notebook for TV and what services it has setup, if any. Master bedroom blind broken and second bedroom blind also looks broken. Furniture, linens, towels, all seem to be mismatched and purchased at garage sales. Kitchen cupboards messy and disorganized. Backyard patio furniture in disarray and spider webs on walls and furniture including what appeared to be a black widow spider, we named him Bob and Bob would only come out at night. Positives: refrigerator was spotless and nice backyard and patio (would have been great had the patio been cleaned up).

Response from VrboOwner on 29 Sept 2023
The worst guest in years. We asked in advance when they would arrive.. No response. Then complained that we did not leave exterior light on. We gave her the code and instructions to open front door, but she did not follow simple instructions so she called when she arrived at 10 pm... Repeated 1) enter the code, green light will flash, turn the tumbler and open the door. She did and of course the door opened. The mirrors in both bathrooms have multiple light bulbs, previous guests unscrewed one of the multiple light bulbs to reduce the bright lights. She complained that the light bulb was burned out. Note.. many extra light bulbs are available in the pantry. The home book explains many things including how to turn TV on. She couldn't read it!! She does not know how to operate a window blind. She reorganized the kitchen drawers... that is fine, but don't complain that they were organized by others... She complained about many of these things on day one and we said we would come to the home to help her understand functions, fix things that she complained about. We offered to arrive on her schedule to rectify any concerns that she had, but she did not want any thing "fixed" and decline anybody helping her. She found a spider in the backyard in AZ in the middle of summer. News flash... all the back yards in AZ have a spider or more!! OK, she is a first time VRBO guest. I guess she needed something to complain about.. Please read the years of guests that have loved the home.
The house was spacious and comfortable. Located on the East Side of Tucson made it very convenient to Sabino Canyon and Mt. Lemmon. The owners were very attentive and kind. When we come back to Tucson I hope we can stay here again.
Great pet friendly home located in a quiet neighborhood on the east side of Tucson. The check in process and communication with the owner was very easy. The house was roomy and large enough for us to host a family dinner evening for 8 with plenty of space. We'll definitely check here first for when we go to Tucson next time.
The house suited our needs perfectly. This house was only minutes away from where we needed to downsize our mom into an apartment. The accommodations were clean and just as described. We enjoyed our nightly dinners here and time to decompress and clean up. We would definitely rent this again in the future.
We will be using again for family in January if available when our 3rd child is born. Very responsive and great owners. Thanks for helping with our pastor traveling for our wedding.
The property was good, but did need a few repairs such a shower door did not slide, kitchen table and a chair had been repaired but was not holding up, and the patio door needed repair. Kitchen towels would have been nice and the bath towels need to be sorted for wear and tear. Laundry and dishwasher soap were needed. Overall, a pleasant place to stay in a good location.
Master bath needs the lightbulbs replaced. 3 of 4 were burnt out. And the hand towel ring is falling out of the wall. Otherwise, met our needs. It is great to have the use of the garage.
We had everything we needed and it was a good location from the places we visited. If you could give attention to deep cleaning the bathrooms, that would Increase my rating on cleanliness.
Quiet neighborhood, easy access commute to Convention Center. Excellent communication with Brian (owner) and Ramona (manager), both supplied hair dryers when one went missing. Well equipped cookware, laundry facilities and patio site. Email, garage door remote and keyed door entry word well. Very pleased overall with the rental.
